The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

If used by a superior shinobi (Special Jounin and above), it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight.

This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

The bullets also have great power, able to crush boulders. Can fire 5 bullets during duration.
Name: Fūton: Shinkūgyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind Release) Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth after forming the necessary hand seals.
Name: Jūha Shō (Beast Tearing Palm) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: Mid to Long Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post charge Cooldown: 3 blasts before 5 post cooldown Description: A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material (Max: Steel). One activates it by summoning chakra in their hand, and then swipes a slicing chakra wave which appears to be controlled by user's will and thoughts.One is also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, successive motion.
Name: Fūton: Atsugai (Wind Release: Pressure Damage) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts charge Cooldown: 8 posts Description: A tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet. If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.
Name: Jūha Reppū Shō (Beast Tearing Gale Palm) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It uses chakra, infusing it into a condensed and mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. The extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
Name:Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: Short to Mid range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. This technique is akin to an unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession.

This layer of sand that accumulates on the nearby objects makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.
Name: Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Sickle Weasel Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind) Range: Short to Mid Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: By freely manipulating the gale brought forth by a giant fan, the many air currents collide and create vacuum pockets. The person enveloped by this gale is assaulted by countless invisible blades, carving up their body. Also, the strong wind power will blow away all incoming projectile weapons and will even make the opponent unable to stay on their feet. The user also has the ability to manipulate the form of the gale, creating a tornado to envelop and lift her opponent, while also cutting them several times. The more skilled the user, the more precise one can make the cuts, even being able to strip away ones clothing and weaponry without harming the one trapped inside
Name: Powerful Wind Wave Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind) Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: After forming the necessary seals, the user simply shoots out a blade of wind from their mouth. The blade is able to cut through most weak metals and dent durable ones. It travels around 35 mph in the direction it is launched.
Name: Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Great Sickle Weasel Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive and Defensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This technique is a more powerful version of the Sickle Weasel Technique: many air currents collide to create vacuum pockets that slashes the opponents, with enough power to cleanly slice down many trees in a forest. This technique can deflect both physical and sound wave attacks as well as fire and lightning of equal rank or below, and then attack at the same time, making it both an offensive and defensive technique.

Name: Fūton: Tatsu no Ōshigoto (Wind Release:Great Task of the Dragon) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton (Wind) Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user swings a fan to the sky, causing a giant tornado to descend upon a target. This technique can be set up as a feint as it has a delayed activation of 2 post. The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.

Name: Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind) Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post charge before released Cooldown: 6 posts Description: A stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth. The sphere is strong enough to blast off creatures ten times its size and dent even the sturdiest of metals.
Name: Fūton: Shinkū Renpa (Wind Release: Vacuum Serial Wave) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind) Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 8 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of the attack is able to cut through an incomplete Susanoo by itself. Able to slice through jutsu of equal rank and below and all non-special weapons. When utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, the power is significantly increased.
