Personality: Cornelia is a true ninja at heart, choosing to let cunning and weapons talk for her when the time comes as she trained to be a full blown Anbu operative. She can be a severe woman with a fearsome commanding presence when the occasion calls for it and coldly merciless to her enemies, earning her the nickname 'The Amaranthine Scorpion' for more than one reason. She is extremely perceptive and adaptive, but does have a tendency to become enraged in the midst of battle, half the time choosing to ruin her enemy to oblivion rather than think out any sort of sound strategy, though this is more attributed to the presence of Sanbi inside her. Her relationship with the three tailed scorpion is shaky at best, it thinking all shinobi are weak and she wanting to protect her village that tends to have them butting heads. But they have come to the simple understanding that so long as she was alive, the Sanbi was not going anywhere which gave them a sort of stable ground which usually brings the brighter side of things out during lonely times. She tends to want to do things herself, not wanting to seem like a figurehead and will move herself into harms way if ever she felt the need arise. She shows compassion when she thinks someone is deserving enough and is willing to kill without a second thought if she thought it would be the better course of action.

Likes: ✔ While training, stalking and traveling, Cornelia developed the habit of chewing on cinnamon sticks which she learned from her foster father Sho. The smell and taste reminds her of fonder days. Even when a child herself, Cornelia has always had the fierce urge to protect children. She understand from an early age that children were precious and blessed with innocence and always enjoyed their simplistic company. She almost wishes she could have a child of her own but doesn't wish to taint such a pure thing. Cornelia is a very competitive person and will turn almost anything into a competition though she may or may not voice it to her competitor. One of the greatest satisfactions for her is winning at something, though she will not gloat. Another thing that she greatly enjoys is the art of ninja tools. Sharpening, shaping, throwing, and training with them absorbs her completely. She is always pleased to see a well made and maintained weapon and makes sure to do the same for her own tools.

Dislikes:  ✖ Loving children as she does, Cornelia hates to do anything to harm any child, even animal ones. So she has vowed to never eat a baby animal of any kind, including eggs of any sort. She doesn't demand that everyone around her do the same but she never partakes of them herself. And of course as much as she loves competing and winning, she loathes losing, even when her competitor is not aware that a competition is apparently occurring. She may sulk for an 'unknown' reason for a short time after losing. The ninjato that she swore to track down from Hiruka is the one weapon that she dislikes, though she has respect for it as well. Her dislike stems from it's corruption of her foster father Sho, and tries to rationalize that it is solely the ninjato's fault that he turned out to be so corrupted. Above all, Cornelia detests losing control to the Sanbi even for just a moment. She sees it as a sign of weakness and danger and is absolutely ashamed if anyone witnesses her loss of control.

Motivation:  Ever since being aware of being a jinchuuriki, Cornelia has been motivated to control the Sanbi and master it's powers. She believes that she will have exterminated all weakness and become as powerful and strong in mind and body as she possibly can be when she has mastered the three tails.

Fears:  The one thing that has haunted Cornelia all her life is the fear of being completely taken control of by the three tails and it never releasing her. She always worries over what it might do if she loses control even for a moment and her ultimate fear is it running rampant to do unspeakable things. This fear haunts her so that she frequently has nightmares of such an occurrence, which further motivates her to dominate the Sanbi.



Tailed Beast Personality: The Sanbi is extremely aggressive and is normally on the move to look for foes often. It actively looks for fights, and almost never goes on the defensive, usually relying on its hard shell to keep it safe. It usually believes that most ninja are far below it, despite the fact that it is one of the weakest bijuu. It is believed that its increased aggression is compensation for its comparative weakness compared to other bijuu.

Tailed Beast Abilities: In addition to its hard outer shell that easily protects against taijutsu and most weaponry except stabbing weapons, the Sanbi also has two pincers that it uses extensively to grab or cut opponents. It also uses its three poisonous tails to kill. The poison is different for each tail: On the far right is an anti-coagulant that makes it easy for the opponent to bleed out more easily. On the far left is a poison that suppresses pain receptors, so the opponent doesn't even know when or if they've been hit. In the middle is a poison that causes blindness within ten posts.

A passive ability of the host of the Sanbi is stronger skin that is like a shell. The shell weakens taijutsu techniques enough that D-rank taijutsu simply glances off the skin. At the first tail, they gain a chakra cloak that allows them to poison an opponent with one of the poisons above if they stay within two feet of the host for two posts and the skin becomes harder, allowing B-rank taijutsu to glance off. At the second tail, the chakra hardens slightly more form-focused, creating pincers around the hands that can extend up to ten feet and the skin becomes even harder, and can block slicing attacks and B-rank taijutsu. At the third tail, they become the Sanbi itself and gain all of its abilities.

History:  Before Cornelia's birth, her father had several ninja seal Sanbi within her, in hopes that she would become the ultimate weapon for his people but, before the sealing could be completed, the three tailed beast slaughtered all but the girl before being sealed completely within and thus, Cornelia was orphaned at an early age and was brought up by a ninja named Sho. She was trained in the ways of the ninja, growing into an expert spy and a great schemer, techniques taught by Sho, whose people lived in seclusion. Many among this clan had extraordinary abilities that had either been lost or forgotten by the general population. Cornelia, being blessed with supernatural powers of her own due to the tailed beast within her, decided to travel throughout the world to conquer the evil demons who threatened ordinary people. To aid her in this task, she forged her own weapons with love and care. During this time of civil war, many military commanders employed ninjas, but, Cornelia worked for herself.

One day, Sho suddenly summoned all of the members of the clan for a meeting - telling the assembled ninjas that Hiruko, a man who had once led the ninja clan with Sho, had stolen the spiritual ninjatō, and had run away with his daughter, Chie. By the clan's law, the two were now nuke-nin, or rogue ninjas. Ninja's were not permitted to leave their clan until they died because of the clan secrets, making the clan responsible for the nuke-nin, and often given the task to terminate them. In accordance with the code, Sho ordered the ninjas to hunt down Hiruko and Chie, kill them, and return the ninjato. Although this was the normal course of action, something in Sho's eyes made Cornelia suspicious of her foster father for the first time.

Hiruko proved to be a hard man to find, as his skill for remaining hidden had been the finest in the clan. Cornelia, with her sixth sense and massive intelligence network, eventually found a few leads. Chie had been Cornelia's childhood friend, and by following a slight trace of Chie, Cornelia was able to locate Hiruko. The two were running a small stall on a vacant road. An extraordinarily strong man named Li Long was living with them at the time, so Cornelia waited to confront Hiruko when the old man was out. Hiruko was surprised to see Cornelia at first, but his face soon filled with relief when she only requested for him to give her the ninjato. Before doing so, Hiruko revealed to Cornelia that Sho had been possessed by madness and that the ninjato had a dangerous control over the ninja lord now. He stated that it was for this reason that he had taken the sword, and left.

Even though Cornelia had her suspicions about Sho, she still found it hard to believe that the dull blade Hiruko held in his hands had extraordinary spiritual powers. The old man explained that if Sho were to come in contact with the ninjato again, that he would surely kill him. He then gave the magical blade to Cornelia, warning her of what would happen if it got into her master's hands. Hechibei's trust caused her suspicion of Sho to grow, and so she let he and Chie go free and hid the ninjato where she was certain no one would find it. When Cornelia returned to the clan, she fabricated a story about Chie's Chinese lover taking the sword and killing both Chie and Hiruko. When Sho heard this, he grinned and ordered the clan to pursue Li Long and kill him as well. When he gave these orders, Cornelia realized that Sho was no longer the man she knew. The only explanation was that an outside source was affecting the ninjato, causing it to resonate with evil and warp her foster father.

For some time, Cornelia had noticed that she was acting different and either lashing out at others or fighting for little to no reason. When she had been called in to slay possessed ninja which had been confined in a temple, she went overboard and destroyed the temple in the process without a second thought. She then began to hear a voice within her mind that was not her own.

Though it took time, Cornelia eventually tracked someone to an abandoned port that she had been following for some time. When she arrived at the docks, she came to find a weakened pirate standing over an injured girl. Before the pirate, could deliver the final strike to the girl below him, Cornelia called out to challenge him. And thus, a battle like none Cornelia had ever fought before began. Although she had been improving her armor for years, it was designed for fighting ghosts and lesser ninja and began to crack under the strain. Her sealing jutsu proved useless and she had nearly lost all of it's power. However, in a sudden fit of rage, the three tailed jinchuriki showed itself to her began to force her onto the offensive and shortly after, she had won the battle and the monster receded back. She took the girl and fled the area before someone were to come.

Once a safe distance away, Cornelia removed the shards of the man's blade that had riddled the girl's body and treated her wounds. She accompanied the girl back to her family, and then left for another land. Cornelia hoped that with the destruction of man that the ninjato had returned to normal and that Sho would be himself again.

When Cornelia returned home, she unfortunately found that Sho was still under an evil influence and was actually attacked by his assassins. After easily defeating them, she learned that their purpose was to steal the ninjato, which meant that Sho was aware that she knew of it's whereabouts. Cornelia quickly went to the spot where she had hidden the sword and took it home so she could keep it away from Sho and his clan. The ninjato's power still shone through the magical seal she had tried to place on it, which led more of Sho's assassins right to Cornelia. She defended herself, but she eventually ran out of power and was captured by Geki, Sho's right-hand man and highest ranking ninja. Exhausted from the relentless battle, Cornelia could do nothing as Geki took the ninjato and claimed it in the name of Sho. Cornelia warned Geki not to undo the seal, but it was too late and his entire right arm was blown off by the shock wave that was released. The Sanbi seized the moment and rampaged yet again and raged on all that were around her and killed the mass majority of the clan.

After the unleash of the Sanbi, Cornelia was left with many things. Dazed, angry, depressed and more over, a feeling of true betrayal. Boufuu now had to intervene in this conflict now that the Sanbi was involved fully. Cornelia did not want to be taken and controlled, it was a well enough known fact that the countries used their Jinchuriki for power gaining and Cornelia was done being used. The Anbu were powerful Cornelia was bound to be the most dangerous of them all in the oncoming battle. Cornelia was able to drive their attacks back, but she knew that she could not hold out forever. Cornelia was bewildered as to why they were striking fatal blows even when she herself knew that death would be moments away, it would subside. It was then that she remembered that the Kanetsukage had not made an attempt on her life or even fight her.

This angered her for a number of reasons, that she was being under estimated, that they thought her weak enough that she could be captured. In that moment, she lost herself once more but not fully. Taking the version 2 form of her tailed beast, she rid herself of the attacking Anbu and forced the hand of the Kanetsukage to confront her. The battle was wild and it had drug itself from one area to another. Two monstrous forces clashing with one another, Cornelia fueled more and more by the rage of the Sanbi which, in turn, gladly gave more power to destroy those that it would have destroyed otherwise but the Kanetsukage would defend and counter at every possible turn. The battle lasted a full 2 and a half days without stopping or rest for either foe. It wasn't till it was to late that Cornelia returned to her senses as she stood over the slowly dying Kage. In his last moments and a ditch effort to halt her, the Kage enforced her seal on the Sanbi and quell her rage. The words that followed were ones that she did not expect.

The Kanetsukage wanted to simply protect the Hidden Storm village and bring Cornelia back as what she rightfully was, a villager of that very same village. As the last of life faded from the Kanetsukage, Cornelia was overcome with emotion, the Sanbi trying to use this to its advantage and come forth once more to wreak havoc again but Cornelia appeared before the tree tailed beast within her mind and denied it, denied that through all of this, it wasn't that she was afraid of being controlled, it was that she was being controlled by something or someone that did not know what they were trying to fight for. She would then spend her years in penitence, training as an Anbu and aiming to master her jutsu and soon, come to create her own. But, through much controversy and debate, she traveled the world, gaining experience, wisdom and contacts in the other villages, and even fought with another of the Jinchuriki and she returned to apply to become kage of the hidden storm.

This caused panic and distress among the people of her village. She expressed her deepest apologies for the death of the former Kanetsukage but strength to beat a Kage was one trait that could not be so easily denied, even for a Jinchuriki. With her overwhelming confidence in her own abilities and soon after, showing them, the panic was starting to get replaced with more positive emotions, that she might be able to protect them than any other Kanetsukage ever truly had, with or without the Tailed beast. Though she still had many things to learn when it came to the Sanbi, she knew one thing, that protecting the village hidden in the storm would be her control, that she would do this as the new Kanetsukage.



RP Sample:  The night is silent and the air is still. A Menos Grande discreetly enters the Human World through a dimensional tear whilst a poor plus cries to himself along with a small child soul, and before even fully emerging from the tear, it proceeds to shoot its hand out at the nearby plus' in order to take hold of them and shortly after devour and as it's hand closes in, words softly speak, almost none existent "Dissipate, Sunano Senshi."

The hollows hand crushes the two souls with seemingly no room for them to be spared. But, soon, something begins to hit the ground from the hand of the massive creature. Sand. The sand quickly bursts and forces the hand of the hollow away from the souls as they rest in a small dome of hardened sand. The souls then begin to run away from the large Hollow, so it proceeds to give chase. A stream of sand appears behind it and wraps around its arm "Sabaku Kyū" and the sand quickly implodes on itself to remove the Menos Grande's left arm, but the Hollow simply regenerates it once freed.

The Hollow continues its assault, almost smashing the fleeing souls with its new arm, but they are quickly covered and and pulled to a nearby tree, to get away from there assailant. However, as they does so, the top half of the Menos Grande vanishes. The souls soon realizes this too late, for the top half flanks them, and prepares to strike them with a point-blank attack with a cero. Before it can do so however, its mouth is surrounded by a swirling sand and parts of its mask are beginning to ripped away, its tongue tone out in its rage. Roaring out, it attempts to regenerate its tongue, but is silenced when a blast of sand forces it back.

"Ryūsa Bakuryū." The massive hollow stands to it's full height but is soon dwarfed by the sudden appearance of a massive tsunami of sand that soon comes crashing down upon it and washing it to the ground and back. A pair of soft looking hands place themselves above the sand as the rumbling of the hollow can be heard as if it was about to rise from its grave. "Sabaku Taisō." Cornelia slams both hands down onto the sand, creating powerful shock waves that compress the sand. Anything buried in the sand is subsequently crushed, the large hollow being no exception to this as soon, the sand begins to get blow away by an invisible wind, all leading to the single captain as she slowly stops in front of the small children whom run to her, like kids to their mother after a bad dream.
