Name: Norimune Art - Unlocking Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: -- Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Use Cooldown: 1 Post Description: The user places their palm against any lock and focuses their chakra into their palm, molding seion out to fill the lock, sensing the tumblers through the seion to find the perfect key formation before solidifying the liquid seion. Once the seion has been solidified, the user simply twists their hand to unlock the mechanism, just like they would with the actual key.
Name: Norimune Art - Minor Object Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: -- Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 creation Cooldown: Usable only once per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a small object out of seion, no larger than the size of the user's palm. It can be any shape at all, as long as it can fit in the user's palm (no bigger than 2 cubic inches). This object is then supplied with a small amount of chakra and cut from the user's seion system, which quickly regenerates the lost seion, making the item permanent. In short, this jutsu creates a small, practically worthless item out of seion that is permanently added to the inventory of whoever it is given to, if they choose to keep it.
- D-Rank Techniques:
Name: Invisible Hand Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Element: None Range: 5 ft. OR 30 ft. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: No Hand Seals Required. Norimune Members may utilize their chakra and through their connection to the seion in their blood, move a single construct that they have created without touching it, as if the article is grasped by an unseen hand. This technique can only be used on a single creation at a time and can not cause the creation to move more then five feet from the user. This can, however be used to throw the targeted item up to 30 feet away, regardless of size and weight. This, however, would prematurely end the jutsu. The item that this jutsu is cast on may not exceed the weight of a D-ranked Norimune creation, as this technique is only D-rank, meaning it can only effect up to three cubic feet of seion. With advanced mastery of the bloodline, this technique can be pushed to effect up to C-ranked norimune items, allowing for the use of up to 5 cubic feet of seion.
Name: Nexus Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 20 ft. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: While 'nexus' is active, any weaponry created and thrown by the user can only travel up to 20 ft. away, at which time they will instantly fly back to the user and land either next to the user or in the user's hand, to be thrown again. If the weapon is caught, or blocked from returning, it will instead disintegrate on the spot, requiring the user to re-form the weapon in order to use it again.
Name: Norimune Art - Seion Sight Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 100 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts, can be cut off after the first post. Cooldown: 3 posts. Description: The user focuses their chakra into their eyes, creating a glowing effect around them, and through their special bond with the seion that has been produced from their bodies they can treat one object that is made out of their own seion within 100 meters as an extension of their own visual range, making that object like a 'third eye' of sorts in order to see from a distance. The user must remain stationary while they do this, though, so it is near useless in combat.
Name: Norimune Art - Quick Creation Block Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Defensive Element: None Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 use Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The Norimune quickly ejects seion in the form of a basic weapon somewhere on their body in order to block an incoming attack at the last second. This weapon then either falls to the ground, or the Norimune may choose to grab it if their hands are free, thus arming themselves. Good for defending against surprise attacks that you only see at the last second. Obviously, this cannot simply block anything, as opposed strength and the durability of the weapon will play a deciding roll in the success of the block, along with the type of attack being blocked.
Name: Sweeping Circle Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: 5 feet Specialty: Boujutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: The user crouches low to the ground and spins in a quick circle, extending their staff in order to strike at the legs of any opponents within a 5-foot radius around them. This can cause minor concussive damage on whatever it strikes, sweeping opponents off their feet unless they successfully avoid or block the technique. If this technique is blocked, then the attack stops there -- the user must declare which way they are spinning, and which person they are attacking first when they use this jutsu.
- C-Rank Techniques:
Name: Seion Shell Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: None Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 4 Posts Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: Seion Shell is a technique in which the user rapidly produces seion from his/her body, forming a thick metal wall around the user in an instant, made up of swords and axes, whose durability is based on the user's bloodline mastery stat, in order to defend against attacks at the last moment. This field of weapons falls to the ground after it defends the caster, and for four posts becomes assorted weapons that are all usable by anyone in the area. Anyone attacking the shell of weapons using taijutsu takes minor damage in the form of cuts and bruises. The number of weapons is equal to the user's bloodline mastery level times five, so at D-rank mastery there are five weapons, at C-rank there are ten, at B-rank there are 15, at A-rank there are 20, and at S there are 25.
Name: Raiton: Jibashi [Electromagnetic Murder] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Defensive, Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 6 Feet in front of the user. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques. If the target is within a foots distance he or she will suffer minimal electrical burns on contact with each separate bolt. About 30 tiny bolts are made and they shoot out about 6 feet out from the user. At close range the bolts can tear through rock but as they separate they lose strength only cause numbing on impact. If caught up close the bolts would cause deep tissue damage and numbness lasting for 2 posts, but if only caught by straw bolt slight numbness at impact point would occur for only 1 post.
If the tiny bolts pass through water or moisture, then their electrical current will travel through the body of water and moisture, shocking everything within it's radius, even the user if no careful. Those caught in that current are shocked and stunned for 3 posts, causing minor first degree burns on the spot of direct impact.
Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Four post cooldown.
