The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

E-Rank Name: Chijunjiru [Blood Conformity Technique] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: Range: Close Specialty: KKG Duration: Passive Cooldown: Description: White blood cells produced by the user of the technique has a constantly changing and erratic DNA pattern. Due to this, it has a rapidly aggressive white blood cell count which attacks and conforms foreign blood cells to comply with their own, allowing them to adapt to the blood of another individual or species.
D-Rank Name: Ichimyaken [Vein Blade] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu KKG Duration: Max of 5 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique is used to easily and quickly create a close range weapon. The user will slit their wrist, allowing the blood to flow out. By concentrating their chakra to the point of bleeding, the user will cause the blood to solidify and spring forth, forming a crimson blade. The blood weapon has a keen edge, but isn't very durable. The user does not need to maintain chakra for this jutsu, and may reform the blade for half the original cost 5 if broken.
Name: Akame [Bloody Rain] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Range: Mid-Long Specialty: Ninjutsu, KKG Duration: Instant (Up to 10 drops can be hardened and used before cooldown starts) Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This ninjutsu is used once the body has been wounded and has begun to bleed. The user will scoop some of the drops of blood into their hand, and gather chakra into them. This will cause each individual droplet to harden, the sides of the drop becoming sharp. They blood drops of fragile, but can slice through flesh. The Shurajo may them fling them at an opponent, acting as projectiles. Because they are in a hardened form, if the blades slice through the skin they will not enter the blood stream. If the projectiles, however, hit the body and become lodged into the skin, the impact will cause the jutsu to become undone, and leak the Nirokueki into the foe's body. This jutsu must be reused for each batch of blood drops shot.

Name: Shinkusatsu [Crimson Death] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Range: Mid Specialty: Ninjutsu KKG Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique is based off the original ability utilized by the Shurajo clan to heat their bodies during the winter. The user will expel from their body, heating it and forcing it into a vaporous form, it's effect causing a red smokescreen similar to the Hidden Mist in effect. However, because the blood was of a Shurajo, it carries the Nirokueki. This makes Shinkusatsu useful for both escape at the same time weakening their foe. When this technique is ended, the blood will fall to the ground, returned to liquid form.
Name: Sansasori no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Range: Close (0m ~ 8m), Mid (8m ~ 18m) Specialty: Ninjutsu; Kekkei Genkai Duration: 6 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Using this jutsu, the clan member can create two small scorpions made out of blood. These scorpions will be of average size and be completely maroon due to the fact that the skin is created from congealed blood, and inside they are complete liquid blood. Their purpose is to deliver sneak attacks and inject the users acidic blood into the targets body via the stinger on their tail. The user can cause them to burst at any time if they want as well, sending blood flying in a single meter radius. +2 chakra to "detonate" per scorpion. Move at 15mph strong enough to withstand D rank taijutsu and jutsu but weak against jutsu of the same rank
Name: Chuushaki [Injection] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Range: Close (0m ~ 8m), Mid (8m ~ 18m) Long (18m-25m) Specialty: Ninjutsu; Kekkei Genkai Duration: One spike per post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique allows the user to manipulate any of the ninja's own blood and shape it into a thin spike for impaling foes. This alone does not make it useful- But the fact that the ninja may make it form wherever his blood is present, regardless of the amount, allows the move to carry a deadly capacity for killing it foe. Chuusaki, if it impales the skin, like with Akame, will release some of the blood that it consists of into the enemy's body, poisoning them with Nirokueki. It can be thrown at moving at 18mph.
