I'm leaning more to the yes side, though I'm still not sure. I mean do we still have the option of making a personal jutsu? What if I wanted to make a 'signature' move persay?

Signature jutsu are reasonable, but take into consideration Elements & Specialization- if you aren't part of a clan(& even clan members can learn each other's jutsu if they observe & practice) then anyone can learn a jutsu you use if they have the right secialization/element/skills- Please note that this can happen anyways but consider meta-gaming when you decide between yes or no.

I'm actually going to vote no, simply on the premise of a currently low active member base. I actually don't mind the relevance of custom jutsu being observed and learned as that is the way things would naturally come about as with anything. But with only a handful of consistent members, everyone could and potentially would have everyone else's jutsu at the drop of some ryo and a quick solo topic. With a wider active member base the variety of what could be learned, in my opinion, would make the idea worthwhile of loosing the intimacy of personal jutsu.

This words well the dual perspectives that come to mind for this action. However I would say for the sake of growing interest on this site, yes. To be honest if someone is using a technique dubbed as my "specialty"( and after placing ego aside) I might find myself creating an unofficial clan of sorts. As it so happens, people copy and in turn activity grows. So strictly for the sake of growing interest...yes.

Considering both the pros and cons of the list I can't help but feel reluctant to say yes. I understand that this does make the prices fair but it allows others to 'copy' jutsu without having to see those jutsu IC; in other words it can facilitate meta-gaming. On the other hand, if used correctly, the jutsus of others also helps in making your own customized jutsu; so there's that as well. But still if I have to break it down to a simple yes or no, I'll say no. I think I can accept having different costs for similar jutsu but the other things, nein.

The timeframe for this poll has expired, 75% VS 25% are in favor for a custom jutsu library. A custom jutsu library will be added and maintained.
