The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Tamashi stood at the battle training ground that the organization had in place for those who wanted to spar against one another. Tamashi stood tall and sturdy to where he would be able to take a punch and not be phased by it. The uniform that Tamashi presented was the Hel's Playground Prison Warden Uniform. On the right upper arm, the insignia of Ouraboros rested against this navy blue leather designed uniform which was custom made by Tamashi himself by getting rid of his prior uniform that was given to him, to switch his uniform to being this elegant uniform to be different than the others. On the left upper arm represented another symbol which is a platinum star which represented the rank of a prison warden. The upper left chest pec area had an insignia that said the words, "Hel's Playground Prison Warden" in bold gold letters which could be easily read by those who can see from a far. These weren't fabric designed letters, these were actual gold plated on the uniform itself, which is one of the reasons why Tamashi took this uniform from the warden from Hel's Playground Prison. The next thing that a person would notice about this uniform is the zipper that closes this trench coat and makes it look elegant in appearance, is concealed by the gold yellow buttons which is part of the fabric. Three buttons is what held this beauty all together. On the back of the trench coat is where the Uchiha Clan's symbol is placed on, however the symbol has been slightly altered by Tamashi, instead of the red and white, it's black and white, representing his blindness and disowning the clan by disgracing the symbol.
Tamashi at first had his arms folded across his chest, but then changed it to a straight elegant and military style stance of CQC. His hears peaked and twitch to capture the sounds all around him as he awaited for his opponent to arrive. His body stance being and uniform would be intimidation to those who saw him. The mask is what he wore over his face, his death mask, having hollowed out sockets where the eyeballs should be. The mask made out of a strong metal and Tamashi also acquiring this from the Hel's Playground Prison, which used this mask to rip the eyes out of the inmates who chose not to cooperate with the warden. The mask normally had knives within the mask, but Tamashi removed them for safety reason. Tamashi awaited for Denrei to come, and changed his CQC stance to a one kneel stance, with his right leg locked on the ground, his right arm extended straight and balled in a fist and also locked on the ground. His left forearm resting on the left kneecap and his face aiming forward towards the other side of the arena. Tamashi was now ready for battle.

It was an average day for Sheffield, she had decided to stick around the base for a while after meeting everyone. Surely someone would like to use the training ground to practice their skills or show off their power? That was a situation Sheffield planned to exploit to the fullest extent. Today was one of those days and her first victim of "interrogation" was the blind Uchiha, the "fool" that Hisame had called the seemingly skilled shinobi who had been blinded by some known tragic accident... or was it an accident? Perhaps he had done something unforgiveable or shameful with those coveted eyes of his.
That was an interesting enlightened point of view from the assassin... something so terrible that they had been blinded, their clan pride stripped from them, the very one thing that tied them to the clan. No wonder this man hates Storm so much. Does he perhaps have jealousy to Storm? Or does he truly hate the eyes so much now that his sight has been "lifted"? She wanted to poke at him and learn more about his psyche rather than his abilities. Uchiha were all the same to her, so far at least. She didn't underestimate them, but she knew little enough about them to distinguish their fighting styles apart. She approached the edge of the training grounds.
A small arena underground meant for training their techniques and sparring. Most of Sheffield's techniques resides in her mind, but she could also make them tangible: those nightmares locked away within her mind, to be unleashed upon the real world. No one was prepared for that. Tamashi was already within the area, waiting for a challenger- whoever that was, surely it would be interesting. She leaned over a stone rail and looked at the blind Uchiha; he was ready for battle and possibly knew she was there and watching him. She hadn't intended to sneak up on him and guessed it would probably be hard to sneak up on him regardless.
He was a sturdy man, battle hardened and mentally strong from the darkness of his past. His body was decent, probably some skill or aptitude in Taijutsu, not Sheffield's forte. She entertained the thought of sparring with him- a man who had to rely heavily on his other four senses to make up for his lack of vision. Naturally, it seemed an easy victory for someone of her skill level with genjutsu, especially being an Onmyoton. She rested her chin in her upturned palm of her arm as she studied his trained composure, if Sakra walked by right then, she probably would have gotten mad, thinking Sheffield had the hots for her "man".
This wasn't so though, Sheffield lacked the desire to feel affection for another. She was a cold machine, an assassin through and through; her attributes were all for killing and manipulation, nothing more. She stood there silently for several minutes, seeing if she could unnerve the Uchiha just by watching him silently. Maybe he would get nervous, thinking she was silently sneaking up on him: his hearing was very good, but Sheffield figured she still had a good chance of sneaking up on him- just a good a chance of him hearing her and counter-attacking. She wasn't a playful girl, dead serious and brutal in all aspects, even when she pretended to be innocent and harmless.
What are you waiting around here for? she inquired innocently, knowing full well he was planning to fight someone. Are you waiting for someone specific to come fight you? If no one else shows up, I'll gladly go a round or two with you. She said playfully as she thought about how a battle with a blind foe would go. Word count-

”Today is the day..”, Denrei thought cheerfully as he navigated the underground tunnels of the Ouraboros base. Today was the day he would pit his own skills against another member of the Ouraboros. More importantly, it was a member whose abilities intrigued Denrei greatly. The Blind Uchiha, Tamashi. He knew where to find the room they had decided upon. However, as he was only a turn away he could hear an inquiring voice. A female voice.
”Sheffield..” He thought back to the conversation he had with her the other day atop the old warehouse in the slum district. She remained a women full of mystery who was as beautiful as she was deadly. Judging by her question, she didn’t know about the spar that was going to take place just yet. Once she would learn of it, Denrei assumed she would want to observe the match. Trying to see what the recruits of the organization were made of. Trying to learn as much about their abilities in case she ever needed to kill either of them. She was a cautious person, and cunning as well. She would gladly take this opportunity to gather information.
”Keh... my art will have a spectator, and a fellow artist too. I hope she can appreciate my style..” Sheffield observing the match added a new layer to the fight; how much did he want Sheffield to know? He knew it would be in his best interest to leave a good impression on Sheffield. She was one of the older members of the organization and therefore held a reasonable sway within the organization. If she got the notion that Denrei was a weakling, and managed to convince other members of this, then his membership would become much more...... complicated. Going all-out in an effort to impress her also had its risks; the more she knew, the more she could use against him should she ever desire to do so.
In other words: he had to put up a good fight while still keeping some of his abilities to himself. ”Such a demanding audience. Although one could argue true artists need demanding audiences to reach even greater beauty.”, he thought to himself as he rounded the corner.
”He’s waiting for me. Sorry to disappoint you, Sheffield. Maybe you can take a turn after me?” Denrei formally entered the conversation, walking into the "sights" of both Sheffield and Tamashi and taking place in between the two of them, placing himself in the centre of focus. He was wearing his Ouraboros cloak as usual, its collar opened slightly to reveal part of his bare, muscular chest as well as his old Boufuu-headband hanging around his neck.
”If he can still stand, that is.”, he said with a light-hearted tone and a throaty chuckle. He would leave it to Sheffield and Tamashi to guess for themselves on whether he was joking or if it was an utterance of confidence or even arrogance.
His hands in his pockets and walking with a mild slouch, one would initially assume from his body language that he was off-guard, relaxed and lazy. A common tactic employed by the dreadlocked man in order to lull his opponents into a false sense of dominance. Should they make the mistake of attacking, Denrei would prove himself perfectly capable of reacting in a timely manner, springing to action like a feline fighting its prey. He assumed that since this was an informal spar instead of a life-or-death battle (not that it didn’t have the potential to turn into a struggle for survival with this lawless lot), Tamashi would refrain from attacking him until a certain signal was given indicating the start of the match. But if Tamashi would make the mistake of attacking instantly due to having seen Denrei’s body language.....
.....Seen....
Seen?
”Right... he can’t see....”, Denrei thought, irritated at his own airheaded nature. Oh well, at least his current stature made him a smaller target. He had noticed the stance that Tamashi had adopted; he was most likely a close-range fighter. If this was the case, Denrei’s thin stance made it easier for him to move out of the way of Tamashi’s strikes. Tamashi’s blindness and reliance on his other senses, mostly sound, made him an interesting opponent to deal with. It would be a common mistake to consider him for easy prey due to his handicap; thinking he could easily be caught off-guard or confused due to his lack of vision. It wasn’t a mistake Denrei was about to make. Rather, he was going to fully study both the strengths and weaknesses that his blindness provided him through his attacks, and take advantage of that.
He took his place at the other end of the arena, same stature as how he entered.

Tamashi heard Denrei's footsteps come alive and closer to the battlefield as Tamashi stood up and began calculating how far apart they were. 200ft is what he deduced from his mind and quickly took his walk over to a large sturdy pillar which connected to the ground but not the ceiling. Tamashi at first remembering who this man was again and remembered that he was the man at the meeting who was writing on a piece of paper, perhaps that was his hobby or the way he conducted his jutsus. Tamashi then remembering in the meeting when one of the members called him a fool and Denrei an artist. There is no doubt in Tamashi mind that this man uses his art as techniques though this was mere speculation but Tamashi only assumed that was the case. Tamashi then doing various strategy formulas in his own mind as he came to a conclusion on one type of battle strategy to use. Tamashi quickly saying the jutsus name to himself and activated it. The three clones appearing and taking there rush over to the enemy as the real Tamashi used this as a vantage point and as the clones were already half way close to Denrei and having the real Tamashi already within close range of Denrei and using the pillars that are stationed on both sides of the arena and within a few feet of one another, Tamashi used this as a great source of hiding from Denrei and Tamashi not making his presence just yet known. The moment the clones were within close range, the clones disappearing in front of Denrei, Tamashi making his move and using his A rank speed alone in it's maximum state and close range and going right behind Denrei and attempting to attach an explosive tag on the surface of his clothing on his lower back in concealment, in reality Tamashi would act like he needed to touch Denrei's body and made it feel like he needed the support in order to know where exactly his body structure was and Tamashi using his own outer hand to make the concealment more real to where Denrei's side vision wouldn't catch it,and then sending a straight punch to the back of Denrei's back of the head with his other hand, if impacted, this would cause Denrei to fly forward to the ground.
Tamashi had hope his strategy would take affect and used the opportunity to make sure it came out successful.

Sheffield took a seat on the side of the arena, Denrei had revealed himself: the artist Sheffield had discussed with previously atop a roof of an abandoned warehouse in Kazagnakure's top-side. By all means~ she said innocently while smiling, eager but patient to get knowledge on both fighters.
As things would progress, Denrei would enter the arena in a sloucher's demeanor, though most if not all of his laziness would be missed on the blind man. She grinned slightly at how Denrei composed himself, unsure if he was truly lazy or just pretended to be that way. Soon she would find out. Tamashi would start immediately, using clones to confuse his foe who relied greatly on sight- and then rush his position during the confusion. From her vantage point, she could see what Tamashi was doing, Denrei's body was mostly shielded by Tamashi's movements however & she couldn't be too sure how he would respond. One of both of you might be too tired after you win to have a go against me~ she said playfully. Word count-
