The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.

Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: The user alters the power and direction of the winds around him/her in order to enhance speed and agility in short bursts. Experienced ninja (Special Jounin and up) may jump at double height and run at double speed. Less experienced ninja increase their speed and jump height by 50%. Genin and Chuunin may only move 5 meters forward with this jutsu while experienced shinobi may move 10 meters with this active.
Name: Ikimuno Benkuo Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.

It can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements.
Name: Raven's Dance: Talon Dash (Dynamic Entry) Canon/Custom: Canon? Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 5 meters Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: The technique is basically the user performing a jump kick into their opponent's face. The user may throw a weapon, such as a kunai, at the enemy to distract the opponent while he/she takes advantage of their blind spot in order to land the blow.
Name: Blinding Counter Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Defensive Element: Fuuton Range: Arm range Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user forms a half tiger seal in one hands and uses Fuuton to move his/her arm at blinding speeds. This is used to counter attacks of D-rank or lower. This cannot counter Katon, but may counter C-rank or lower Raiton. This is primarily used for blocking Taijutsu.

Name: Fūton: Shinkūha (Wind Release: Vacuum Wave) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: Short to Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user, due to their circular motion. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries to those hit and slicing through wood and weak metals.
Name: Raven's Dance: Soaring Barrage Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: Arm range Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user fires a barrage of punches at a single target. These punches strike faster as time goes by. He/she then strikes with a wind-infused uppercut that sends the opponent flying 5 meters into the air.
