The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Netherworld Reflection Slash Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (Right in front of the user) Description: Creates a projectile-reflecting barrier with the weapon used. Has no offensive properties but reflects the projectiles over a wide area. This also includes projectile/long range types of ninjutsu up to B-rank. The barrier size depends on the size of the weapon used. Cooldown of 1 post, barrier lasts for 1 post.
Name: Strange Half-Body Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 10 meters in radius) Description: Fires 14 energy kunai-like projectiles from ones spirit half. The energy projectiles will fly towards the enemy with utter precision but of course, it does not have homing properties. It also can fire the projectiles at random, circular or any direction that resembles a shape. The energy projectiles will only not hurt the human-half. The spirit has to recover for a bit but it’s easy enough to use with other attacks. Cooldown of 1 post.
Name: Human Knowledge “Angel Dance” Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Long (0 ~ 30 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. Have to concentrate to absorb energy/charka from the spirit half for one post then slashes an area twice dealing damage and slowing down movement in the area by 10% once the first slash starts. The first slash is normally avoidable but the second is harder as it aims directly at the enemy’s position, regardless of where you are, thus the second slash is harder to avoid. Afterwards, summons 8 energy projectiles flying outward from the slash over lapping location. The slash area depends on what type of weapon used. The larger the weapon, the larger the slash area.

Name: Weapon Skill “Thousand Cherry Blossoms” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 15 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating to absorb energy/charka from the spirit half for one post, the member moves forwards at an incredibly high speed, cheery blossoms flashing above the path taken, which comprises of multiple slashes and energy projectiles, that are shaped like cherry blossoms, which surround the opponent randomly. A beautiful technique that can cut those who believe these cheery blossoms are only for deco. Last for 1 post, cooldown of 2 posts.
Name: Enlightened “Rise from Delusion” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium ( 0 ~ 15 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating for one post, the member puts a huge amount of energy/charka from the spirit half into the weapon to create an immensely destructive blade and mow down everything in front. This effect only happens when one slashes with the weapon. The range of this technique is 3 meters in length (Does not include weapon length) and 0.5 meters in width. It is very hard to dodge due to its range. Lasts for 2 posts, cooldown of 2 posts.
Name: Soul Cutting “Ascension to Nirvana” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (0 ~ 5 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating for one post, to absorb charka from the spirit half, one will cross two weapons at an extremely high speed. This creates a pillar of energy reaching into the sky. The pillar will depend on the slash area but as a standard it will normally be at 2 meters by 2 meters, the height of the pillar is very high being able to pierce the sky. Have practical uses as an anti-air due to it reaching for the sky, counter for being extremely quick or combo attack as it’s easy to use. Last for 1 post. Cooldown of 1 post.
Special Jounin
Name: Obsessor “Slash of Eternity” Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 20 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After two post of concentration, one will rush in at blinding speed to cut the enemy, suspend them in midair and dance around them, attacking repeatedly for 15 times before sending the last blow as an powerful uppercut. Power is high and you’re almost temporarily invincible as you’re attacking and defending perfectly at the same time, leaving very little gap for retaliation from the opponent. The first and last slash will deal critical damage while the others deal out average damage. Cooldown of 5 posts.
Jounin
Name: Empty Perception “Six-Root Cleansing” Rank: A Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (Melee contact) Description: Does not require handseals. One must merge with spirit half to use this technique. This technique only takes effect when the opponent attacks in any form of melee or hand to hand combat or any form of attack that can be staggered. After staggering the attack from the opponent, a five petal cherry blossom will appear and one will move in a circular motion around the opponent while separating oneself into five beings (somewhat like Kage Bushin but this is not true) by sheer speed. Once reaching the tip of each petal, each being will give a high damage slash but the slash to look out for is the final one which is a powerful, energy focused, downward slash. Hence, this technique’s name. This technique is almost instantaneous, thus prevention is better in a sense for this technique. Cooldown 5 posts.
S-ranked
Name: Paschal Moon “Reflecting Satellite Slash" Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Long (50 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. One must merge with spirit half to use this technique. This technique requires the presence of the moon and starts. This technique has five stages and requies concentrating for two posts to absorb the light from the moon. Its one and only weak point is that while it is powerful, it takes a great deal of time to store up power. If you move when charging, it won't hit. Once per topic.
New Moon: (Duration: 2 post) Darkness fills the area until such a state that only the caster is able to see. Then, a heavy slash will come and sparkles of light will light around the area, as the light touches matter a powerful but not large explosion will be created.
Waxing Crescent/Waning Crescent: (Duration: 3 post) Darkness still fills the area but a Crescent moon could be seen. Slashes done during this point will fly towards the enemy with strong homing but still avoidable.
First Quarter/Last Quarter: (Duration: 5 post) Half of the moon could be seen. Every slash position in will create a light on that position that will damage anyone who wants to go through except the caster.
Waxing Gibbous/Waning Gibbous: (Duration: 3 post) Every slash in the three posts will resurface as real energy slashes that will fly up high into the sky. Once it touches matter it will explode and rain down upon those unsuspecting people below.
Full Moon: (Duration: 1 post) One is able to create a slash that covers great distances which able to destroy and mow down buildings. The effect is that countless daggers or slashes blanket the earth and sky.
Lunar Eclipse: (Duration: 1 post) The final stage but this is a rarity as Lunar Eclipses does not happen most of the time (I’ll put that I can use this only once a week). The effect of this skills is that a reddish hue will be seen covering the whole battlefield, then without warning waves after waves of high frequency energy spew forth to cover the land, destroying everything in it’s path but due to the wave being a reflection of near invisible, the only hint that it is coming is the reddish hue. There is no escape due to the constant diffraction and interference. Your only chance of survival is to defend with something on par with a small Hydrogen Atomic Bomb. The drawback is that the aftermath of this is that the caster will receive internal damage causing immense pain to all their organs. Hence, it’s only used as a desperation attack. One final push for victory before death or enormous pain takes them.
Ninjutsu:
Name: Blessed Energy Whip Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: - Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30 ft. From Index Finger Description: Instead of converting a merge with the spirit half, with a charge equal to handseals at user's rank, the user grabs hold of his spirit orb, and allows it to coat over his entire hand. Concentrating the spirit half into his index finger from the coated hand, the user creates an energy whip that stretches 30 ft. in length. The whip can be used in two ways.
The user can constantly keep the whip visible, slashing it freely in all directions, or can allow the whip to form instantly and disappear at will. The whip can be formed only up to within five feet of the enemy, and no closer, but can be dissipated at any point during use. Although the whip is dissipated, so as long as the hand holds the spirit orb, it can reform.
The 'cutting' power of this whip is substantial, able to rip through flesh up to the bone with a single lash in the immediate area. If thrashed by the tip, it is capable of ripping into the muscle tissue, and can expose organs of the immediate area hit. A full lashing through the body, sends off a vast outward explosion of spirit energy, tearing the life force out of one's soul. 25% decrease in all stats, with potential for taking up to 75% decrease in all stats (3 Lashes). The decrease in stats last for 6 posts, with each new lashing, the six posts reset. Lasts for 6 posts, ten post cooldown, twice per topic use.
Fuuinjutsu:
Name: Spirit Dragon Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: - Type: Ninjutsu/ Fuuinjutsu Range: 100 ft. Description: Upon a one post charge of chakra from the spirit half, the user can release this Spirit Dragon from within their spirit orb. The Dragon erupts from the spirit orb, making its way towards the enemy at a speed of 60 mph and hits with the force of a bus at the same speed. However, the dragon doesnt explode or erupt on contact, it merges with the very soul of its enemy even though it makes contact as it does.
As the dragon enters the soul, it locks the chakra of its enemy, leaving them unable to use any jutsu for the rest of the battle and one battle after that (Real Battle, not training battle). The dragon symbol appears directly in the center of the forehead of its enemy, and on each of their hands, disappearing immediately until the enemy makes their mistake.
If the enemy attempts to either use handseals or charge chakra, the seals activate, turning into a bright red, sending unbearable pain throughout their entire arms, causing a drop of any weapon and causes them to feel intensified migraines that will bring them to their knees for one post. The pain lasts for three posts, limiting the enemy up to 50% ineffectiveness in every category. The dragon can attempt an attack for 3 posts before being called back into the spirit orb, 6 post cooldown.
For the fuuinjutsu, it lasts 7 posts at the start of every topic, with a small cooldown period of 3 posts. During the three posts, the enemy can use their jutsu. However, if the enemy attempts to charge their chakra or attempt handseals during the third post of cooldown, the seal reactives in the next post, the fuuinjutsu seal reappearing, and the effects of the seal take affect once more and the seven post duration begins once more. Only Sesshomaru can break the seal in this particular case, due to it dealing with the soul in which only the Xanadu have extensive knowledge on.

Name: Forbidden Morphing Seal Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: - Description: This seal is forbidden in the world of Fuuinjutsu users. It is considered so taboo in ritual that not many even know it anymore. Sesshomaru, due to his knowledge from the Netherworld, discovered this seal and learned it, practicing it thousands of times.
This seal is created on the body part that is taken from another, and along with the assistance of the spirit half for two posts is placed on the person in need of the limb. This seal morphs the body part taken, to the body of the subject and connects the chakra network. Not only that, the body part itself morphs into the shape and size of the person it is on, making it seem like the body part was never lost at all. Meaning, skin tone, muscle mass, and even hair and moles are returned to the subject However, this seal can only go as far as holding together the muscle tissue.
A medical ninja must be used to stitch the body part back in place. Once this is done, the limb is fully functional once more, acting 100% like the previous lost limb. The seal stays there forever, and can only be broken if Sesshomaru decides to use 30 chakra to break his work. This can even be used on one's self. Only limbs as far as full/ parts of legs and full/ parts of arms can be done. This a Fuuinjutsu, not Ijutsu, thus the performance of this is limited as such. During the two post charge, the user must give the chakra each round, meaning overall this jutsu requires 40 chakra.
Name: Curse of The Spirit Half, Loss of Soul's Primary Desire Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: - Type: Kenjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Range: A set of patterned slashes within 5 ft. Description: Using both Vice and Virtue, and drawing energy from the spirit half, Sesshomaru, using the kenjutsu specialization, slashes six times violently at the opponent, making this mark: ソウル
Upon this mark being made which requires atleast one slash make contact, the mark will appear on their forehead. This locks away the enemy's Primary Element for 7 posts for the start of every battle and after a 5 post cooldown it takes it away for another 7 posts, and this pattern repeats for the rest of the fight. This occurs due to the fuuinjutsu sapping the soul of its most desired affinity, the primary element. Can stop all primary-elemental attacks at A-rank and below, but S-rank primary-elemental attacks would overload and break the fuuinjutsu, or a bijuu-tail activation above chakra cloak level. The fuuinjutsu is only visible once the enemy goes into battle mode, and glows red during its activation. During the cooldown, the tattoo mark will disappear, then reappear after the cooldown is over. This jutsu lasts for one battle topic after being cast, meaning, the person affected, MUST post this jutsu in a spoiler at the beginning of their next battle topic.(This does not mean training, it means a REAL battle between opposing nations in a REAL life or death situation.)
Name: Dragon Blood Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Hand contact Description: The seal was created by sesshomaru to help a man he meet while visiting the village of kusmargakure. The man by the name of Nami was having a complex dilemma, not being able to release his weapon's ability. Shesshomaru decided to help him out and place a seal upon him that is compatible with the sword, allowing the sword to release its abilities. In order to release one ability the seal must be given 10 chakra this must be done repeatedly in order to release the rest. Each ability last 5 posts the only alternative is if all three abilitys are released all at once then they last 8 post all together.
Sesshomaru is the only one who can break this seal, due to the fact that he uses his spirit half to create it. As long as Nami has this Juuinjutsu, Sesshomaru can control his will by the force of a single word. He says 'sit', and Nami is forced face first into the ground no matter what the circumstances. Sesshomaru can even go as far as fighting using Nami's body as a medium. He can completely control his body in every way. Nami is basically Sesshomaru's bitch... Appearance:
Academy Jutsu:
Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
