The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Nose of the Hound Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Personal Description: Passive, the user's sense of smell is higher than that of the average person and is able to pick up on scents in the near by area extremely easily. Note that the strength of this technique is not strong enough to be used as a plausible way to track someone by scent unless the odor is extremely strong and even then it is not overly effective or useful.
Name: Eyes of the Hawk Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Personal Description: Passive, the user's sense of sight is higher than that of the average person and is able to see details in the distance extremely easily. The detail at which a person can pick up on is increased as though they were staring several feet away when they are actually up to one hundred feet away, passed that mark the jutsu is not effective and grants no benefits.
Name: Shotgun Fist Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Close Description: Taking a handful of sand or salt in one's fist they clump it into a loose ball and launch a powerful punch and the materials fly out a few feet and then explodes from force inside the mass causing the material to spread outward with enough power to open up milimeter scratches on the opponent's exposed skin. This is more of a defensive technique to push the opponent back rather than use for offense.
Genjutsu
Name: False Chakra Field Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: No hand seals. The user is able to create an aura of chakra around them which has a chosen elemental "theme" which is decided upon the start of the use. This theme is simple enough, the fire theme is fire burning off the user's skin, waater is a flowing splash around the user, earth has stones flying around them, wind picks up leaves or other things from the area and has it fly around the user and lightning is shown by sparks flying off of them in a large field. Though these auras seem real they are a simple illusion used for intimidation purposes as well as to fool someone into thinking that the user specializes in an elements they might not have.
Name: Walking Dead Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: No hand seals. The user's body takes on a very dead appearance with rotting skin and feverish wounds that are possibly still bleeding and/or spilling entrails. Exact descriptions are different from user to user but in the end they look like zombies.
Name: False Weapon Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: The user'appears to summon a weapon from the normal summoning technique, however what actually happens is the formation of a weapon from an illusion. This weapon appears very real but has no substance and therefore is unable to cut anyone or anything.

Name: Netherworld Reflection Slash Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (Right in front of the user) Description: Creates a projectile-reflecting barrier with the weapon used. Has no offensive properties but reflects the projectiles over a wide area. This also includes projectile/long range types of ninjutsu up to B-rank. The barrier size depends on the size of the weapon used. Cooldown of 1 post, barrier lasts for 1 post.
Name: Strange Half-Body Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 10 meters in radius) Description: Fires 14 energy kunai-like projectiles from ones spirit half. The energy projectiles will fly towards the enemy with utter precision but of course, it does not have homing properties. It also can fire the projectiles at random, circular or any direction that resembles a shape. The energy projectiles will only not hurt the human-half. The spirit has to recover for a bit but it’s easy enough to use with other attacks. Cooldown of 1 post.
Name: Human Knowledge “Angel Dance” Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Long (0 ~ 30 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. Have to concentrate to absorb energy/charka from the spirit half for one post then slashes an area twice dealing damage and slowing down movement in the area by 10% once the first slash starts. The first slash is normally avoidable but the second is harder as it aims directly at the enemy’s position, regardless of where you are, thus the second slash is harder to avoid. Afterwards, summons 8 energy projectiles flying outward from the slash over lapping location. The slash area depends on what type of weapon used. The larger the weapon, the larger the slash area.
Taijutsu
Name: Champloo Style: Leap Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: self Description: This is a showing of strength in the lower half of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with thighs of normal size but solid as stones and the ability granted here is being able to thrust upward further than most people can. The maximum height able to be achieved through this is thirty vertical feet straight up. If someone were to jump at an angle then they could reach a maximum length of fifteen feet away and fifteen feet up. Cool Down: 2 posts
Name: Champloo Style: Push Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Touch Description: The user builds up a moderate level amount of chakra into his fingers to perform this technique. The user places a closed fist on the target's body either by punching them or simply by touching them with it and then releases the chakra all at once for a short burst of power that sends the affected person flying through the air. The target is launched at 30 mph and goes fifty feet before falling to the ground. Unless the user actually uses a forceful punch this causes nothing more than pain in the chest, it is meant more to puut space between the user and the target and possibly slam them into the surroundings than to be a physical assault in itself. One round charge and three round cool.
Name: Volleyball Fist Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Contact Description: Passive, The user strikes their target with a powerful uppercut style strike which with added chakra is able to knock them fifty feet straight up into the air at 50mph before they reach maximum height and start to fall back down to the ground. A clean hit on a weaker point of the body, such as the jaw, can cause damage by either cracking the bone or dislocating the joint. If the victim doesn't land properly this has the potential to break bones from the force of gravity after a fifty foot fall. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 5 posts.
Genjutsu
Name: Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu [Mist Servant Technique] CanonCustom: Canon Rank: D Element: - Type: Genjutsu Range: 1000 feet max (Sound travels) Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. The user can creates clones of themselves much like bunshin no jutsu. However, when hit by an attack, rather then puffing away, they act as if they were made of a blackish oil-like liquid, repairing themselves even if fully destroyed. They are able to imitate attacks, though they are only illusions and can’t actually affect their surroundings, and are often used to hide projectiles of the user amongst their own. The user can create far more clones with this then using bunshin no jutsu, able to create over a dozen clones at once even as an Academy Student, and the average Chuunin can create hundreds at once, filling up an entire battlefield with them.

Name: Weapon Skill “Thousand Cherry Blossoms” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 15 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating to absorb energy/charka from the spirit half for one post, the member moves forwards at an incredibly high speed, cheery blossoms flashing above the path taken, which comprises of multiple slashes and energy projectiles, that are shaped like cherry blossoms, which surround the opponent randomly. A beautiful technique that can cut those who believe these cheery blossoms are only for deco. Last for 1 post, cooldown of 2 posts.
Name: Enlightened “Rise from Delusion” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium ( 0 ~ 15 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating for one post, the member puts a huge amount of energy/charka from the spirit half into the weapon to create an immensely destructive blade and mow down everything in front. This effect only happens when one slashes with the weapon. The range of this technique is 3 meters in length (Does not include weapon length) and 0.5 meters in width. It is very hard to dodge due to its range. Lasts for 2 posts, cooldown of 2 posts.
Name: Soul Cutting “Ascension to Nirvana” Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (0 ~ 5 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After concentrating for one post, to absorb charka from the spirit half, one will cross two weapons at an extremely high speed. This creates a pillar of energy reaching into the sky. The pillar will depend on the slash area but as a standard it will normally be at 2 meters by 2 meters, the height of the pillar is very high being able to pierce the sky. Have practical uses as an anti-air due to it reaching for the sky, counter for being extremely quick or combo attack as it’s easy to use. Last for 1 post. Cooldown of 1 post.
Taijutsu
Name: Champloo Style: Sprint Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Self Description: This is a showing of strength in the lower half of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with thighs of normal size but solid as stones and the ability granted here is being able to move faster than most people normally can. When one uses this technique is able to sprint for a short time at 90 miles per hour. Lasts for 2 rounds at a time and has a cool down of 6 rounds.
Name: Champloo Style: Roll Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: medium Description: This is a showing of true strength of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with thighs of normal size but solid as stones and abs like a washboard, the ability granted here is being able to roll one's body at an extreme speed so that it can be a degree of a weapon in itself. The user first "trips" forward and begins their roll which quickly becomes a spinning blur with the appearance of a circular saw blade almost. This spin goes at speeds 150% the normal speed of the user and is able to clash with steel and dent it to almost the breaking point. This spin can keep going for up to four rounds and has an eight round cool.
Name: Suiken Ryuu - Drunken Fist Style Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: personal Description: Suiken is fighting style utilizing alcohol to loosen the body's muscles and the unstructured movements make the users attacks harder to predict. By being in this drunken state, the user can take more damage without feeling the pain, gain higher agility and provide a natural fluidity to their movements. To obtain the state where this technique becomes usable a character must ingest alcohol for two rounds in a row, after that the chakra cost is deducted from them and this technique begins and the effects last for up to five rounds. The actual stats is that there is zero way to predict or anticipate the user's movements before they occur, a loss of pain occurs (though a good direct blow of B rank level or higher will end the effects of the jutsu early) and the user's speed is doubled along with their evasiveness.
Kenjutsu
Name: Sword Art: Shadow Strike Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: --- Type: Kenjutsu Range: Within 10 feet of where it was cast Description: No Seals; The user charges chakra for a round in order to use this technique. After the charging he user releases the chakra after slashing and leaves behind a clone that appears to be completely real. The user then appears behind the person this technique was just used on and slashes three times with their blade in the opponent's blind spot. This technique is nearly instantaneous (all of it taking place in a single second) so it is better to try and prevent it from happening than to dodge. 6 post cool down.

Name: Obsessor “Slash of Eternity” Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close to Medium (0 ~ 20 meters) Description: Does not require handseals. After two post of concentration, one will rush in at blinding speed to cut the enemy, suspend them in midair and dance around them, attacking repeatedly for 15 times before sending the last blow as an powerful uppercut. Power is high and you’re almost temporarily invincible as you’re attacking and defending perfectly at the same time, leaving very little gap for retaliation from the opponent. The first and last slash will deal critical damage while the others deal out average damage. Cooldown of 5 posts.
Taijutsu
Name: Champloo Style: Swing Rank: B Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Self Description: This is a showing of strength in the upper half of the user's body. The mass of muscle is shown on their body with arms of normal size but solid as stones and the ability granted here is being able to move powerful strikes unable to be done by most people. When one uses this technique is able to attack with power that is able to shatter steel. These swings can move 115 miles per hour and have 11120.55405 newtons of force behind them. Lasts for 2 rounds at a time and has a cool down of 6 rounds.
Name: Headbutt Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Contact Description: Passive; the use of this technique hardens the bones in the users skull, neck and spine to make it so they are able to strike with full force without risking injury. Though the damage caused all depends on the force exerted after this technique is put in place it makes it so that a person could easily slam their head into a person and break bones, but it wont help with anything harder than that. Any hit on the skull causes a concussion and makes the person hit pass out rather than killing them, unless they get hit on the temple at which point the pressure point factor added into it causes a fatality. The chest cavity also doesn't cause instant death, it instead becomes cracked and extremely fragile after a solid hit is landed, other bones in the body are able to be shattered upon contact. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 7 posts.

Name: Empty Perception “Six-Root Cleansing” Rank: A Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Close (Melee contact) Description: Does not require handseals. One must merge with spirit half to use this technique. This technique only takes effect when the opponent attacks in any form of melee or hand to hand combat or any form of attack that can be staggered. After staggering the attack from the opponent, a five petal cherry blossom will appear and one will move in a circular motion around the opponent while separating oneself into five beings (somewhat like Kage Bushin but this is not true) by sheer speed. Once reaching the tip of each petal, each being will give a high damage slash but the slash to look out for is the final one which is a powerful, energy focused, downward slash. Hence, this technique’s name. This technique is almost instantaneous, thus prevention is better in a sense for this technique. Cooldown 5 posts.
Taijutsu
Name: Chi Blocking Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: User's Fists Description: In order to perform this technique a person must spend a number of rounds equivalent to hand seals (for an A rank jutsu) focusing their chi energies into their wrists and fingers but due to the nature of this assault chakra is not consumed in it's use. The user uses knowledge of the human body's pressure points gained through years of training in hand to hand combat and assaults these sensitive areas to lock down the opponent's muscles completely. If a person is attacked by this technique and a limb is hit twice then all the muscles in that specific limb. Landing two blows on the abdomen/stomach area results in the target being unable to fully stand up straight and effectively cutting their overall power and speed in half. If the chest/heart is attacked twice the entire body locks up. All of these lock downs lasts for three rounds. If a person is struck in their light or thought chakras located in the head once they are knocked unconscious for four rounds. Two round cool between uses.

Name: Paschal Moon “Reflecting Satellite Slash" Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Kekkei Genkai Range: Long (50 meters in radius) Description: Does not require handseals. One must merge with spirit half to use this technique. This technique requires the presence of the moon and starts. This technique has five stages and requies concentrating for two posts to absorb the light from the moon. Its one and only weak point is that while it is powerful, it takes a great deal of time to store up power. If you move when charging, it won't hit. Once per topic.
New Moon: (Duration: 2 post) Darkness fills the area until such a state that only the caster is able to see. Then, a heavy slash will come and sparkles of light will light around the area, as the light touches matter a powerful but not large explosion will be created.
Waxing Crescent/Waning Crescent: (Duration: 3 post) Darkness still fills the area but a Crescent moon could be seen. Slashes done during this point will fly towards the enemy with strong homing but still avoidable.
First Quarter/Last Quarter: (Duration: 5 post) Half of the moon could be seen. Every slash position in will create a light on that position that will damage anyone who wants to go through except the caster.
Waxing Gibbous/Waning Gibbous: (Duration: 3 post) Every slash in the three posts will resurface as real energy slashes that will fly up high into the sky. Once it touches matter it will explode and rain down upon those unsuspecting people below.
Full Moon: (Duration: 1 post) One is able to create a slash that covers great distances which able to destroy and mow down buildings. The effect is that countless daggers or slashes blanket the earth and sky.
Lunar Eclipse: (Duration: 1 post) The final stage but this is a rarity as Lunar Eclipses does not happen most of the time (I’ll put that I can use this only once a week). The effect of this skills is that a reddish hue will be seen covering the whole battlefield, then without warning waves after waves of high frequency energy spew forth to cover the land, destroying everything in it’s path but due to the wave being a reflection of near invisible, the only hint that it is coming is the reddish hue. There is no escape due to the constant diffraction and interference. Your only chance of survival is to defend with something on par with a small Hydrogen Atomic Bomb. The drawback is that the aftermath of this is that the caster will receive internal damage causing immense pain to all their organs. Hence, it’s only used as a desperation attack. One final push for victory before death or enormous pain takes them.
{Eight Celestial Gates}

Name: Eight Inner Gates Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: self Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies.The state of having all Eight Gates open is known as Eight Gates Released Formation (八門遁甲の陣, Hachimon Tonkō no Jin; English TV "Eight Inner Gates Formation"). Any shinobi who activates this state will temporarily gain powers greater than a Kage, but they will die because of the damage done to their body. While the gates are active the use of taijutsu moves does not deplete the users chakra pool but they are limited to the use of up to two B rank or lower taijutsu per round or one A rank or above.
The Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon), located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles allowing twice the normal strength of the body of the user. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus.
The Gate of Healing (休門, Kyūmon; English TV "The Gate of Rest"), located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. Opening this gate allows the user to restore half of the overall chakra pool after it has been open for a round.
The Gate of Life (生門, Seimon), located on the spinal cord. Allows the user to use the Reverse Lotus. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. It allows the user to perform the Leaf Hot Wind.
The Gate of Pain (傷門, Shōmon), located on the spinal cord. Increases the user's speed and power. May cause muscle tissue to tear on use.
The Gate of Limit (杜門, Tomon; English TV "The Gate of Closing"), per above. Located in the abdomen.
The Gate of View (景門, Keimon; English TV "The Gate of Joy"), per above. Located in the stomach. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. Opening of this gate releases such large amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user.
The Gate of Wonder (驚門, Kyōmon; English TV "The Gate of Shock"), per above. Located below the stomach. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger. Those who open this gate pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. In the video games, allows the user to perform the Eternal Chaotic Dance. The aftereffects of opening the gate are that the users muscle fibers are ripped to shreds, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him.
The Gate of Death (死門, Shimon), located at the heart. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. Opening this gate assures the user's death shortly after. (Must be S rank to open)
As each gate opens in addition to opening the use of each technique the user's power and speed are increased at a drastic rate, the actual rate is as follows:
In order to activate this jutsu it costs the normal amount for an A rank jutsu (40cp), to keep the gate you are using open you must pay 10cp per round however if you wish to open the next gate in line it will cost an additional 10cp (so on rounds where new gate is opened overall cost is 20cp). If the user falls to the point where they have no chakra left when the gates are disabled then they are subject to having their body seriously injured, how badly follows as such:

Name: Elemental Ray Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Same as summoner's primary Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to Long Description: The vanar can shoot and elemental ray from it's palms that match the master's primary element (in cases where for some reason the master has no elemental chakra then the blast is a pure energy wave). The Elemental ray can fire up to 100 yards and can destroy a 20 yard area from where the ray lands.

The user creates a large cloud of fog around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge chakra into their lips, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. Can be blown away by B rank and higher fuuton jutsu. Description: A scythe made from the ribs of a Devata Vanar, three ribs in total. The difference between this tri-blade weapon and some others (like Hidan's) is that the handle is curved at the section with the blades so it is free to do full damage instead of the usual drawback of only being able to cause minor wounds and scrapes. The scythe has the strength of tempered steel so it can match titanium but not overcome it and shatter steel if the user puts all their power into it.

History: The Bādala Vanar are the closest kin to the Devata Vanar and it is this close relationship that allows them to gain this powerful weapon. When a Devata Vanar dies its body is carried away by its Bādala partner and the Bādala removes three ribs from the massive apes to construct the scythe, as it is made from the body of a friend the Bādala hold their scythes as personal treasures and will not even allow their summoning master to touch it.

Description: Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centering around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku).
Abilities: Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Description: Senbon are metal needles with a point at both ends. They often serve a medical purpose, being used to strike acupuncture points. They have little killing power, but can be thrown with great accuracy. A user with proper medical knowledge can effectively use senbon in battle to incapacitate or even kill their target. To make these needles more effective, the user can poison the tips of the senbon. An added benefit of throwing these at the enemy is that these are smaller than a kunai or a shuriken, making it harder to see and dodge.

Description: A suit of armor made specifically for the guardian Vanar, durability listed below in the abilities section.
Abilities: The guardian armor is a suit blessed by the God Ape, as such it is a very powerful piece of equipment. The armor is able to deflect quite a few attacks as follows; it will completely nullify any taijutsu under the rank of B and any elemental jutsu C rank and down. It is able to withstand any weapon up to a the power of steel.
History: When the first of these guardians were charged to guard the temple the god ape blessed each of them with this powerful suit of armor to protect them while they in turn protected everyone else.
