Lets settle this right now, there is not a damn thing you can do to make us in any way consider a 10x stat boost considering the final gate (which kills you after use btw) only grants 5x (500%). And before you start arguing about how it's an A rank technique keep in mind its an 8 stage technique that you have to buy piece by piece (well over 100k all together) and is the most powerful stat boosting jutsu that exists since it is the largest boosting taijutsu which is a specialization known for mostly stat boosts. And "just increasing swinging speed" that much puts you on level with Byakuya from bleach where you could (assuming you had a sword) draw your blade cut someone thirty times then put it back before anyone even notices you flinched. Your scythe doesnt even need to be drawn to use since it's always at the ready the second you lay your hands on it so no, just no. Drop it to 3x AT THE VERY MOST and like Dom said EVERY other boost you have is null while this is on.

Now when this message sinks into your head long enough to be fully comprehended that there is no way in hell you can smooth talk your way around it change the boost and add in the limit before I will even glance at this again.

I have no problem with that. I will change it. I just figured that a higher boost would be allowed with the less of a thing the entire jutsu does. [Dom's S rank, for example, which is extremely powerful, boosts his entire speed by 2x, but also slwos the opponent and does numerous other things] So I was just functioning off what other things had been approved.

This only enhances speed, and makes things get shocked... I will however, change it to 3x boost to all speed, as that seems fair to me... Is that's alright?

And, as a side note, there are other jutsu other than the gates on the site that raise stats by 5x, and not just one of mine. There are also people that have a passive 3x boost to several stats. That is why I figured only lifting one part, only a portion of one whole stat that people have boosted passively 3x, by a higher number than three might be allowed. I'm sorry for being, apparently, a complete imbecile.

Considering you just made your post twice as long as it needed to be for this little paragraph I dont think you quite get it yet. However thanks for mentioning that little jutsu of yours, I'll have to go glance that one over

If you're done insulting me, can you actually go about approving the technique?

I've already said I WILL change it to 3x. You did not respond to my question if I could make it an all around speed increase. Thus, I can't exactly do any more. Especially since I edit after the approval is complete.
