The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Name: Endless Waterfall of Blood Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Arm Ranged Description: Requires Handseal's then by simply touching enemy's forehead or face, Endless Waterfall of Blood can allow the user to instantly invade the victim's mind and relocate them in an eerie place. After a few moments of growing fairly comfortable with the relocation, the victim feels something cold drip from their hand. They check to find out that it's blood they're feeling. Their most horrible memories make them go insane as blood falls from all parts of their body. This jutsu last for a total of 4 posts witha cool down of 8 posts. Clones can be used in contention with this jutsu a clone can do the jutsu as well by following the same guidelines. This jutsu will effect the sight of the user when in full effect it can do a stasis like effect and stop the enemy from moving with the shock at what they are seeing the blood from themselves. Kai is used to stop this jutsu the same amount of chakra as kai is required to negate it, but first the user must reconise they are under a genjutsu. The jutsu just user 1 cost of B rank chakra. Shadow clones can perform this jutsu say if the user did handseals for this genjutsu then did a set of hands seals for a shadow clone/s the clone would be able to touch the enemy to put them under this genjutsu as the normal user can as the shadow clone could sneak around while the enemy is been distracted by the real person and since its a shadow clone the user has no chance from been heard from getting so close, the clone can be a method of not getting hurt during the jutsu, or to sneak with it.
Name: Dusk Crow Genjutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: Up to 10 Metres Description: This jutsu requires handseals, then the jutsu can take effect. This genjutsu can trap a victim in an illusion with no eye contact.. The genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the user's mercy, the enemy will feel like they are been attacked by crows as they flock around him or her, this jutsu can be used to distract enemy or even be used as a way of escape. Lasts 3 posts and cooldown of 5.
Name: Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar Canon/Custom:Canon Rank: B Element: Lightning Release Type:Genjutsu Supplementary Range:Short range-medium Description:This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user's body. A secondary genjutsu can then be used within this genjutsu. Requires handseals. This technique would not work unless the enemy is looking at the user if this tech has been used first and the user closes there eyes it still works due to the speed at which the light comes from the users body. if the enemy closes there eyes prior to the tech been used or is wearing a mask this tech has no affect. Lasts 2 posts cool down of 4.
Name: Magen: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E-S Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Any Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else. Does not require handseals, but does require third-tomoe Sharingan. The post length of the genjutsu and methods of escape for the genjutsu are the same.
Name: Magen: Burning Paper Body Canon/Custom : Canon Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Genjutsu Range: Eye contact. Description: This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly, but the opponent can use Kai to escape if done within two posts. Requires handseals. This genjutsu lasts for three posts, and one can escape it with Kai and pain.

Description: The user casts a genjutsu on the target so that it appears that crows are swarming down around them, effectively blinding the target to what the opponent is doing. Lasts for two posts and requires handseals. Can be escaped with pain and Kai.
Name:Tsukuyomi Canon/Custom:Canon Rank:S Element: N/A Type:Genjutsu Range:Eyesight Description:This technique requires a charge up. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user, and can only be used on an Uchiha clan member who has gained Mangekyou Sharingan and trains extensively in genjutsu. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture. In order to break free of this powerful genjutsu, a deep wound must be made on the target, or three S-rank Kai techniques must be used in succession. If the target breaks free, the Uchiha using Tsukuyomi will become one step closer to blindness. If three people break free from Tsukuyomi in the Uchiha clansmen's lifetime, the Mangekyou Sharingan will become blind. Name: Haisekishō (Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Fire Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid Range Description: After handseals, the user releases a cloud of chakra altered gunpowdered ash into the air. While it surrounds the enemy, it leaves them blinded in a smokescreen, but at his will the user can ignite the ash and cause it to explode. The explosion causes first or second degree burns when it hits the opponent. Though it is powerful, the user must also watch the wind currents and be careful of igniting, incase of blow back. 100 feet all around the cloud. (Length, Width, and Height) It moves at around 5 Miles Per Hour due to its immense size. B Rank wind jutsu can blow it away and c-Rank water techs can cancel it out when it's ignited. Can cause second degree burns if in the center of the cloud and first degree burns if on the outer section of the clouds.

Name: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Suiton Type:Ninjutsu Range:Short Range Defensive Description:This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 metres high and 2 metres thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by 25 percent, B rank fire justu's are weaken by 50 percent and C or lower type fire justu's are completely repeled. B or higher lightning justu are can also break the this justu completly. Weapons like swords and kunai are not very affected due to the volume of water that the user creates kunai and other throwing eapons would be completly stoped due to water density and swords that are reduced in swinging power by 40 percent due to thickness and density of the water.

Name: Raiton: Violent Lightning Dragon Technique Canon/Custom: custom Rank: A Element: Raiton Type:Ninjutsu Range: Short- Long range Description: This technique shapes a large amount of ration chakra into l Giant powerful dragon made of ration. This dragon attacks at the opponent with great force and speed of about 200 Mph. If the opponent is hit by this dragon, he/she will be dealt with physical damage from the impact of the attack and burn damages from the shock and voltage of the dragon’s raiton. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a bolder being speared right through the opponent with enough force to breaking iron, with the effects of the shocking damage which feels like a spear being pierced right threw the victim. The ideal place to use it is near a body of electricity or lightning, but with this A rank technique being that of a jounin level a ninja can summon up their own raiton to utilize this technique. The amount of raiton used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The size of the dragon is 100ft.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. Name: Crow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range:Supplementary Description:This technique does not require hand seals. This technique allows the user to use crows and chakra in order to create clones of his/her self. After a crow clone is destroyed, dozens of black crows are dispersed from the clone, but still enables the user to speak through the destroyed clone for as long as there is a crow within the area. All of the clones are of equal stengthas the orginal, can also be used in combination with a genjutsu techniques but this technque muct be in effect first. This tech would require a one post charge time to create the clone, multiple charge time can also be done the more charge time taken for the tech eg. two post charge time equals two clones a max of 3 clone can be created so this would require a 3 post charge time. This technique lasts four posts and has a cool down of 4 posts.
