This technique last 5 posts and by using this move, the user causes damage his/her body, therefore taking 10% damage to put the move in play.

This move is originally a water element technique therefore it cannot be used unless the user possesses the attribute of water. The user does hand signs and suddenly the flood gates open in the sky, causing hard unforgiving rain that can flood a village in a week. Besides making it difficult to fight in such conditions this technique does nothing to the opponent physically, but decreases the damage of their water jutsus by 15%and increases the power and size of the water jutsus of the user by 15%. If the user possesses another attribute that is listed above the user can add the attribute into the rain storm by doing the same hand signs again which requires another post. If earth is added into the mix, it will cause earthquakes to happen, knocking down trees in the 50 meter radius and also making it difficult to fight, also decreasing the opponents earth attribute jutsus by 10%and increasing earth attribute moves of the user by 10%. If wind is added into the mix it will require another post of hand signs and will cause powerful winds to occur, also decreasing the users wind attribute jutsus by 10% and increasing the users wind attribute moves by 10%. It lighting is added into the mix, it will result in another post of hand sign. Lightening will start raining from the sky destroying nearby trees and decreasing the opponents lightening jutsus by 10% and increasing the users by 10%. This technique requires 35% chakra to use and can be used once a match. This technique may only last 6 posts .

The head can shoot out stone spikes(22 ft long and 12 feet wide) at the opponent these spikes can be shot out at the speed of 30 mph. This technique can also be used to strike/capture an opponent with its sharp stone tongue which stretches out to 50 meters and is 20 meters wide and speeds up to 20mph. This technique can shoot up to 5 spikes every post, and if it is destroyed it will take 7 posts before handseals can be done so this jutsu can be used again.Last 5 posts and has a cool down of 3.

It can pop up from underground this formation that is about 10 meters straight down and 10 meters across.This torso can block any jutsu C rank and lower, for as long as the jutsu is not made of lightening. Techniques made of lightening causes major damage to this technique. After getting hit twice with a lightening jutsu, this technique is automatically shattered. This torso moves at 30 mph, and can also be used as a capture technique by opening up and binding opponents into the torso. If an opponent is capture, they can be held up to 3 posts. After the third post this torso can explode causing major damage. During the 3 posts the torso serves as a shield to the opponent, preventing the user from hitting the opponent with any jutsu B rank and lower. If this technique is destroyed, the user will have to wait 4 posts before he/she can start hand signs for this technique again.

The user then channels the winds into his/her arm, that the shoulder is being held and compresses it until the winds resemble the winds that surrounds a meteor when its falling from space. The user then opens the hand of the arm which the wind is being channeled in and forms a knife hand (Martial arts hand positioning, it’s basically the hands open but fingers pressed together) so that the attack may have a pointy tip. Once this is complete the user will channel fire chakra into the tips of that middle finger then the move is complete. The arm will keep the attack for 3 posts afterwards the attack will vanish. The second this technique is complete it lets out a small magnetic charge that can grab normal loose weapons within 10 ft and make them circle the arm. When the user is ready, he or she will attack the object or person with their hand in knife hand form so that the longest finger (the middle finger) will hit first, and therefore causing the attack to ignite for 3 seconds and completely shoot the chakra and/or weapons from the users arm through the opponent or object. This attack can pierce a clean whole through anyone of the same rank of this user; this whole is approximately 12 inches in diameter, not accounting the weapons added, if they’re added. Anyone above this users rank will only feel a bone crushing pain. The user’s attack hand is slowed down by 50%, and last 6 posts.

This technique can only be used if the opponent(s) have cuts, in which a sword stalker has contaminated with his/her chakra. This technique focuses in the use of neural cells, the cells that send messages to the brain. The user will use hand signs when the opponent(s) get within a 5 meter range, when hand signs are completed everything within the range will be go into a temporary comma. Aeneas had learned that certain messages can be used on the enemies brain and some cant. Messages such as kill yourself would not work on the enemies brain, due to its natural instinct to protect itself. Messages such as sleep will work on any ones brain, the message sent to the brain with the use of this technique, is sleep. The opponent will be put into a deep sleep for up to 4 posts. During those posts the opponent is immune to all damage done, whether it be physical or spiritual, and their body becomes impenetrable. If the opponent(s) are harmed in this state all damage goes to the user of this technique and the opponent(s) will be unharmed and unmarked. Description: This move is the third of Aeneas's secrets. This move does not require hand signs and is created for means of a quick escape. Aeneas has created a technique based on the rumor of demons possessing humans and giving them incredible spiritual power or as we know it ,chakra. From rumor it was said that certain demons roam the world, inside of young shinobi, giving them amazing power, that can rip the body and force the user to turn into a spiritual demon without a physical form. Aeneas jutsu derives from that idea, the jutsu basically causes the users chakra to act up and for a moment transform the user's body into pure chakra that can phase through anything. In this form Aeneas can not attack anyone and he must sacrifice both chakra and health. To use this move effectively he must sacrifice 25% of his chakra and 25% of his health. This technique can also be used by anyone by making contact with Aeneas in this form, and accepting the risks of this technique. When using this technique Aeneas can only get as far as 10 meters. This technique only lasts one post and can only be use three times in a battle.

Even if you'd take 10% damage(I'm assuming this means 10% of your overall endurance? Or of the jutsu blocked?) to block all lightning jutsu A rank and below without handseals seems a tad too much. That means only S-rank lightning jutsu will be able to hit you. I'd say add handseals and at the very least lower the jutsus blocked to B. Completely blocking is very powerful.

I'd say A-rank with all these effects. It would also consume a lot of chakra.

How large is the head? How fast can the tounge travel? Can the head move from it's location, and if so, how fast can it move? How large are the stone spikes? How many can it shoot? How fast do they travel?
So far, this doesn't look like a D-rank.

First of all, a C-rank that can combletely block all B-rank jutsus is just no. I'd probably say no to all C-rank jutsu, but that depends on the other things about it.
Can it move? How large is it? How fast is it? Can you do anything to the opponent if you hold them?

I'm going to need more info on this one. What can the skeletons do exactly? Do you control them or are they just running around randomly?

Needs two posts of handseals as other S-rank. I'm not sure about the magnetism either, I think it has to be an advanced element, but I'm going to check this up.

The only thing I don't think is approvable about this is that you can shoot out 10 jutsus at the same time(I don't care that it's hard to pull off, just 3 jutsus at the same time is a lot). Either remove that part, or reduce the amount of seals avaible drastically.

It won't be able to melt armor. Reduce the range, a mile is too much.

They will be able to be destroyed by other things than B-rank taijutsu. This would make the clones stronger than the user himself, which removes the whole concept for clones. Also they need a duration. How do you revive them? What exactly does it mean to store chakra or bodies in them?

At B-rank you'll be able to hold an enemy for a maximum of 2 posts. Something other than taijutsu that makes an impact will also be able to destroy the ropes, but C-rank req is fine.

I'm going to need more description. How long? Are they still attached to your head, or does it just make weapons of your hair? What kind of weapons?

No. To large of an explosion, even if it had been S-rank. Also, what do you mean by no negative effects? Is it some kind of clan ability? Cause it sounds kind of bull.

Description: This technique is a passive , and only works to those who have the attributes of Fuuton and Katon. This technique is a body mechanism, which uses the users chakra to keep the user’s body temperature at normal, unless the body temperature of the user is altered by their own jutsu(s). The body of the user will use chakra of katon or futon to keep the body temperature normal by cooling or heating up the body.
