Aeneas Chakra Infusion Technique - to my understanding this technique only allows you to coat either your body OR your weapon in an element. If that's right then cool but that seems to be the only fair way to handle that due to all the enhancements. Also please remove that it makes jutsu of that element 2x as effective since that's a little to much. Now to break down each individual element. Wind, decrease it from immune to Raiton to 50% as effective. Earth, if you are 2x as heavy you are in turn half as fast. The impact of a weapon 2x in weight is 2x as powerful not 3x. and decrease suiton immunity to 50% as effective. Fire, tell what degree a minor burn is considered and lower fuuton immunity to 50% as effective.

Siniestro Viento - questions concerning if this has homing properties needs to be answered.

Stone Soldier - This is to similar to a summoning, register it in a scroll

Earth Binding - reduce this from 6 posts of holding to 3 at the very most
