Description: Uses the element of earth to harden and extend his hair to great lengths which he can use as blades. This makes the user's hair resemble thick , long spiky hair, which is about 75% of the users length.So as an example, if the user was 6 feet tall there long spikey hair would be 4.5 feet long. The user can only make only make up to ten hair blades that are as hard as metal. These hair blades are sharp like katana blades but cant be detached from the users head.Rather the user for a certain amount of time will be able to control every hair blade made, as it they were wielding their hair as swords. This technique lasts 5 posts and has a cool down of 5. When this technique expires the hair blades fade, but the hair style and length remains.

Description: This technique requires post(s) of loading. This technique has been discovered by The Blood Moon Dynasty’s Prince, Aeneas Soriano. This technique roughly means deception of eyes and is the mastery of two sword stalker bloodline abilities and a technique created by Aeneas known as the Sinister Seal. In order for one to use this technique they must be a sword stalker whom has obtained the sword stalking ability and the sinister eyes ability, along with knowledge of how the sinister seal works. This technique uses the power of sword stalking to connect the sword stalker with his or her spiritual weapon(s), or also known as weapons with abilities. After words the user will use the power of the sinister seal in combination with their sinister eyes to create a black symbol on one of their blades. During this period of time the sword stalker will not be able to use their hands for hand seals and all techniques which require hand seals that are done with the sword stalker’s eyes will be infused into the weapon with the black symbol. During this period of time the sword stalker can infuse up to 3 offensive or defensive techniques, excluding the techs the weapon must already have into the chosen weapon (the one with the black mark). Techniques stored into the weapon work the same way as they would if they weren’t stored into the weapon. This technique can hold the techs for as long as impact isn’t made while the sword is glowing (which means that a weapon has been stored within that post). If impact is made while the weapon is glowing the techniques within the weapon is released as an attack at once. Even if the weapon stops glowing the user can only make it glow if they are storing a technique in the weapon or releasing all the techniques at once. Attack techs except for clones tend to take the shape of the blade due to this technique. This technique can be used once on a chosen weapon every four posts. Every three posts which the user holds a an attack they will lose 10 more points of chakra per jutsu stored in the weapon(s) by means of this technique.

Alright so for Metsuki no Miyakashi i made it so that for every three post in which a jutsu is stored the user loses 10 points of chakra per technique stored by the use of this jutsu. So pretty much they pay 40 chakra to use this seal and store jutsu in the weapon. If they hold it for three posts they lose about 10 each and the max is 3 so they lose 30 so in total they lose about 70 chakra is that good enough

Hmmm... That sounds like a fairly good drawback to me. I'll price it if at least one other decision-making staff member agrees that it is a good enough drawback for the technique.

Name: Blood Moon Burst

Description: This technique forged through the blood moon dynasty requires posts of loading and conditions met. This technique is a technique that requires two posts of loading. During the first post of loading red chakra is excreted from the user’s body from all their pores and into the sky. During this post the user can still fight and escape attacks but cant use katon attacks. If the user was using a katon based attack before this technique then the attack is automatically cancelled for this post. In the next post a red beam about 10 meters in diameter hits the user and serves as a protective barrier from all attacks. This barrier only appears at the end of the user’s second post, and within the barrier the user’s body is becoming one with this strange chakra on a cellular level . After the second post and during the third post, the user will become what is known as a Hell’s sage. This form is a united form between the user and their katon element of chakra. This technique allows the user to convert all their any futon element attack into katon and control it as if it were there own. For as long as this technique remains the user becomes immune to katon attacks under S rank. This form lasts for 7 posts and has a cool down of 10. After the seventh post the user will lose an additional 90 points of chakra for having used any of the techniques granted by this form, other than the primary techniques dictated in this paragraph.

Name: Fuuton Curse:

Description: This Ninjutsu technique can be activated without posts of loading, only after the hell’s sage technique is completed. This technique acts as a curse to futon element chakra and its casters. If this technique is activated it will cause all Fuuton element techniques to be infused with fire and become classified as fire techniques in which the user would be able to control as a technique of his own and prevent the opponent from using to his/her advantage. If the technique converted to katon is a coating technique for the opponent then the opponent will be forced to cancel the technique or suffer severe burning. This technique can be used on an opponent’s futon element jutsus three times per topic, and last until the opponent’s jutsu(s) expire. The opponent will no longer have the option of canceling out their jutsu once converted. This technique ranges from 0- 30meters



Name: Dragon’s Dance:

Description: This Ninjutsu technique is based off the combination of the sinister seal and flame dragon Mesuka. This technique requires for the user to know both techniques in order to use. When using this technique the user’s eyes become red in color and a huge sinister seal appears on the ground. This seal ranges 170 meters in diameter and allows the user to summon up to ten flame dragon Mesukas from the seal to attack their opponent(s). The abilities of this form of the sinister seal and flame dragon Mesuka are the exact same as the regular version. This technique lasts only 5 posts and has a cool down of 7

Name:Hells Butterfly:

Description: This ninjutsu technique allows the user create wings made of katon chakra and use these wings as a means of taking flight. These wings allow the user to fly at 300mph but that is just the wings the user themselves are not allowed to used this technique to move their body at that speed. If these winds are make contact with skin other than the user’s then one will suffer second degree burns. This technique also allows the user to forge with katon chakra, but only create weapons such as a sword of katon, bow and arrows of katon, and a hammer of katon. The sword can range from the size of a knife to the size of a katana, and the arrows can speed of to the top speed of 120 mph. The hammmer can only be as big as 5 meters in all around size. This technique lasts only 4 posts and has a cool down of 7.

Description: Hand Signs Needed. This technique allows the user create 5 stone soldiers from the earth below. These soldiers are swift and very heavy hitters, they can move at the top speed of 60 mph and can generate over 500 pounds of pressure. These soldiers have a defensive reflex to protect the user at all costs, but must be commanded to attack to so. These Soldiers can also be used to store/carry live or dead bodies and store/or shoot our chakras that are free flowing chakra or from other jutsus .In order to do this the stone soldier's stomach will open up. Within the stone soldiers is a link between each other, so as long as more than one soldier is around one can use them as a means of transportation, like a magic cabinet where you put something in one cabinet and pull it out of another. If one of these soldiers absorb a jutsu from the user or opponent, they can release it in the form of pure chakra which if it hits the opponent, it will cause as much damage as the chakra used to produce the technique. These Soldiers can only store techs B rank and lower. If all the soldiers are destroyed then one must wait six posts before they can be revived, but if one is left unhandled then they will revive. In order to temporarily destroy a stone soldier one must use taijutsu attacks of the same rank or else, but in order to have one remain destroyed for 6 posts one must use lightening style jutsu. Lightening attacks can destroy the soldier in two posts. If this technique is destroyed by a lighting jutsu, it can not be revived.
