The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Chakra Blast Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Dependent on natural chakra element. Range: 30meters - 45meters Specialty: Dairoku Clan or Ultra-High Levels of Chakra Control Duration: N/A Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A weaker version of the Concentration Beam, the user fires several small balls of chakra at his/her enemy. These balls of chakra move at about 15mph and are composed of the user's natural chakra element.
Name: After-Image Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Dairoku Clan (Ascended Form or higher) Duration: 2 posts. Cooldown: 2 posts. Description: This technique is a short burst of extremely high speed, moving faster than the opponent can sense. This has the side effect of leaving a momentary "after image", until the opponent's senses adapt and realize their target has moved. Opponents C-Rank or lower cannot see the user. Those of B-Rank have trouble keeping up with the user.
Name: Kai Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: N/A Duration: Until said Genjutsu is canceled. Cooldown: 2 posts. Description: This is a jutsu used to dispel genjutsu that is placed upon the user. It works by disrupting the chakra flow that affects them once the Genjutsu is placed. Shinobi with high levels of chakra control can naturally disrupt and cancel higher levels of Genjutsu.
Name: Chakra Concentration Blast Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Dependent on natural element of the user. Range: 30meters - 45meters Specialty: Dairoku Clan or Ultra-High Levels of Chakra Control Duration: N/A Cooldown: 3 posts. Description: The user brings both of his hands together and focuses a very dense, large ball of chakra into them. The ball grows larger by the second until it is released by the user. Once released, a large beam of chakra extends from the user's hand and strikes the opponent. The beam of chakra is consisted of the element(s) the user naturally possesses. I.E: A Raiton user would shoot a beam of raiton at their enemy. This jutsu requires high levels of chakra control and manipulation.
