Description:Chihiro uses her Wind control to generate a gust of wind that layers the surrounding area in a blast of what ever debris is available. Loose soil, sand, trash, etc. This layer of debris that accumulates on the nearby trees makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging the debris in their eyes.

Description:This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into a visible handle-less blade that is thrown at the enemy. These wind blades cause moderate lacerations which can slice 4 inches into flesh where the opponent is hit. Up to 5 of these wind blades can be thrown at a time before the cooldown takes effect.

Four legs jutsu is already a clan jutsu and is classified as a D-rank so make a different E-rank, pretty please :)

Fang Passing Fang is also a clan jutsu and is classified as a C-rank so make a different one, pretty please. :)

No, they have to be taken out completely and new jutsu have to be put in their place. Clan jutsu don't need to be registered :P

The Fang Passing Fang and Four Legs jutsus still need to be thrown out and replaced with new ones.

Also, Cutting Whirlwind is D-rank in power, so change that.

Throw out those two jutsu, change Cutting whirlwind to D-rank, and make one new E-rank and C-rank jutsu. We'll go from there when you are done.

Arrange the jutsu from E-C, pretty please.

D-rank jutsu damage wise only leave 1-3 inch deep cuts, so change that with your D-rank wind techniques.

A C-rank jutsu can't leave a character mutilated. C-rank wind techniques cause deeper cuts than D but not by much, so fix that.

E-rank is approved.
