Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.

Name: Water Colours Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Short Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: 2 post Description: The user, while using the Hydrification Technique is able to change the colour of water inside or in contact with the users body into any colour they choose. It can also be used to make the water look like different substances, like blood or alcohol, they don't share anything else besides appearance. Name: Sennen Goroshi (One Thousand Years of Death) Canon/Custom:Cannon Rank: E Type: Taijutsu Element: N/A (Death Element) Range: Short Range Duration: 1 post (Not counting the thousand years of death afterwards) Cooldown: 3 posts? Description: A very simple technique with an overly dramatic name, One Thousand Years of Death is little more than inserting one's index and middle fingers (similar to the Tiger hand seal) into the opponent's bottom, causing constipation, pain and/or embarrassment. It has no effect on unconscious targets. Name: Wind Release Stream Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: Fuuton Range: Short to Mid Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 post Cooldown: 2 post Description: By blowing air from their mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds. It can also be used to blow up a dust cloud, concealing one's location and movements.
Name: Waterhose Jutsu :P Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short to Mid-Range Specialty: N/A Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A steady and quickly rotating current of water is fired from ones hand, the water has adjustable pressure to garden house up to enough pressure to break a boulder, works exceptionally well at putting out fires or even washing windows. Rotation can spin enemies hit by the attack.
Name: Water Slice Technique (Mizukiri no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: All Ranges Duration: Seven posts Cooldown: Three posts Description: After using the Hydrification Technique, the user is able to use the water from their body to slice objects, focusing a current of water, to the point where it takes on a sharp edge along the users body, which the user launches at foes. Although this attack does usually slashing damage.
Name: Hydro Blaster Technique (Mizu Bakufu no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short-Mid Range Duration: One Post Cooldown: Two Post Description: The user is able to, through the Hydrification Technique, compress an amount of water in their fingers, palm or upper wrist, firing a drop with tremendous force and speed similar to a shot which would be about nineteen miles per hour, enough to easily pierce through solid stone.
Name: Water Clone Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.
Name: Point Release Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Short Range Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 6 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user places a small seal on the target, usually on chakra points, but can be placed elsewhere and achieve the same effect. It can be placed directly from the palm on to the opponent and speed similar to FTG's seal placement speed. The seal actually closes chakra flow by force causing excess work to push chakra through the system when using jutsu, adding a cost of 5-10 chakra to jutsu used by the marked person (C and below require extra 5, B and above require an extra 10) while the seal is on the person.
Name: Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu (Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu) Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Long Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts.
Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE.
If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin without water as primary. A river for Jounin and Special Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only once without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.
Name: Explosive Seal (Bakuhatsu shīru) Canon/Custom:Cannon in a sense but essentially Custom Rank: B Type: Fuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: Short Range Duration: Placing one seal requires 1 post Cooldown: Can place a total of 3(Place, not explode) before a 5 post cool down Description: The explosive seal consists of a special writing, centring around the kanji for "explode" (爆, baku). Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely(with a snake hand seal), or after being ignited by flame. Normal ability costs normal amount and the radius is 9 ft. One can also spend 10 extra chakra and the radius is 12 ft, power remains the same. If not stated which rank is in use, it is a normal B rank. The seals can be placed on any surface the hand touches after preparing the jutsu. The tags have a 10 post limit before they automatically explode. Can be deactivated by the one who performed the technique.
Name: Sealing Technique: Iron Chain Waltz Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 25 meters Specialty: Fuinjutsu Duration: 7 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description: A weaker version of the Chain Dance. It summons several chakra chains from seemingly out of nowhere to bind the target down and attaches to the targets skin. Its able to hold a bijuu down for 2 posts at max but is able to hold down regular people for the full duration. Unlike Its superior, this jutsu doesn't bind the user down as well, but the chains are much weaker and far more susceptible to being broken. A and S rank jutsu can break the chains and release the jutsu.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description:This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body (Clothes and weapons included) with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. User is unable to use jutsu during the technique. If a jutsu is used, Invisibility is deactivated immediately.
Name:Water Release: Water Mirror Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: Water Release Range: Short Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 8 posts Description: The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water in front of their opponent. Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the attacking targets. By then rotating the 'mirror' 90°, the reflections emerge and materialise from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same technique as their counterpart — regardless of its type — they counter the attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse into water.
Name: Rasengan Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Short Range Specialty: High Chakra Control/Kage Bunshin(Or any other clone juts) and Decent Chakra Control Duration: For as long as the user chooses Cooldown: Can use Twice before 6 post cooldown Description: The technique takes the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point". The Rasengan is still a very useful, powerful, versatile, and difficult technique to learn and master. The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the Rasengan a definite limit like the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target spiraling backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater. The Rasengan can be increased in size by adding 10 more chakra, it is more or less 2/3rds the size of big ball Rasengan
Name: Water Prison Shark Dance Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: As long as the users inside a water source (Max 50 meter diameter) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 8 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description: The user activates the jutsu and then actss as the centre of the body of water. Once this technique has been activated, the water alters its position and creates a dome around the user in order to reflect the direction of his movements, making it difficult for targets to escape as long as the user continues pursuit. This technique provides a tremendous field advantage for those who have the ability to breathe and freely move underwater, while others continues to drown as they attempt to futilely escape the large body of water. This technique is extremely effective in one on one fights, but the user would probably not be able to contain two enemies fleeing in opposite directions.
Name: Hiramekarei Unleash Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element:N/A Range: Short & Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu & Kenjutsu Duration: 6 posts Cooldown: 8 posts Description:The user unleashes the sword, Hiramekarei, by emitting a large quantity of chakra on either side of the blade, from the two holes located near its tip, using the jutsu the user is then capable of shaping the chakra around it in the form any weapon the user chooses, such as a hammer or longsword and can change the weapon during the jutsu if the user chooses to. This results in the bandages that are typically wrapped around the sword, swiftly unravelling due to the rapid discharge.
Name: Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive/Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Long (45 meter diameter, 20 meters tall) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 7 Posts Cooldown: 20 post Description: This technique is a larger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spews out a massive amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, nearly unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original.
Name: Sealing Technique: Iron Chain Dance Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 30 meters Specialty: Fuinjutsu Duration: 14 posts Cooldown: 20 posts Description: One of the most revered and well known sealing jutsus. This technique summons multiple chakra chains that can come from any direction or even all directions. They appear out of thin air or from the very ground and move very quick (10 chains at 75 mph), extremely difficult to dodge, especially for the larger targets. They then attach to the users body and usually wrap around. They chains are easily able to restrain even a bijuu-sized creature and several ninja, able to bring them to their knees with the user able to increase and decrease pressure. but the jutsu also has a drawback. The user is also binded by chains after a short time delay of 1 post (his chains are unable to increase or decrease in strength) they don't come off unless his enemy escapes or the user deactivates the jutsu. Several A jutsu or an S rank jutsu can break the chains and release the jutsu.

Name: Reserves Seal Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Arms Length Specialty: Fuuinjutsu Duration: 10 threads Cooldown: 10 posts Description:A placeable seal that allows for the storage of chakra. It holds 35 chakra (Cost is also 35) and can be placed on most surfaces, excluding anything living. When released, the user or chosen recipient gains as much chakra as used to fill it, but can't go over their max amount.(405/400) The seal lasts till used, meaning cross thread travel is possible as long as the object holding the seal is brought.
Name: Water Spout Jutsu (Shiofuki no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Release Range: Short-Mid Range (Max:60 meters) Duration: Three posts Cooldown: Four posts Description: This jutsu is a variation of the Hozuki Hydro Blaster Technique, but also more advanced. The amount of water compressed is far more then regular giving it a tad more bulky appearance. When fired it resembles its parent jutsu till it explodes, releasing several (20 more or less) rain like drops that can pierce right through a boulder. The technique can explode in any direction(Backwards, Forwards, To the left, To the right, Or plain scattered everywhere) the user chooses whenever the user chooses, including right as soon as the bullet is fired. These mini-bullets can travel in and through human bodies, but they lose speed dramtically and can only usually do damage to a single person. the bullet can also be fired after piercing something but the speed is slightly decreased. If no specific scatter time, the bullet will scatter when it stops moving, whether by hitting something that absorbs the shot or no longer in the air. The shot travels for 3 posts with decreasing speeds till dropping down and exploding if it hasn't already.
