The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.
Name: Bai no Nenpo Shoku - Mediation of the Sensory Plant Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Range: 0-20 ft Description: With hand seals and a small amount of chakra, the user of this technique may call upon the aide of chakra plant spirits. These plants will stand a vigil around the location decided upon by the user's focus, and dispense pollen into the air that will alert the user as to the approach of another. No other effect is caused by this; only usable to forward a group that is camping for whatever reason.
Name: Suiiki Fun'iki no Jutsu - Water Ambiance Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: 0-10 ft Description: The userlets a small amount of water chakra to filter through their whole body, in order to let it out from all around them at once. In the air, the water chakra would create a field of ambient sound around them and their squad to overlap and disguise their teams chatter, in hopes of providing cover so that they may speak without fear of being overheard. This skill will, however, require training to truly disguise communications from an expert spy.

Name: Bai no Sasaru Shi - Mediation of the Pricking Thorn Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: None Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline Range: 0-15 ft Description: Usable in conjunction with Bai no Nenpo Shoku, this technique calls up normal looking vines that hug would usually look inconspicuous. With these, the user can add to the advance notice of approaching targets a trap that will trigger upon being crossed, like a trip-wire. These vines will sprout thorns, not only to prick and and impede intruders, but expel from the vines to fire upon the enemy like a barrage of kunai. The vines grow from the spot of the user to any natural source/path, favoring tree lines, branches, and other existing foliage to blend in with.

Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D, C, B, A Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: D-8, C-7, B-6, A-5 Cooldown: D-2, C-4, B-6, A-8 Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Depending on the medical knowledge of the user, they can heal different levels of injuries. Depending on the level the users uses of this jutsu, the costs per post vary.
(This ability of the jutsu is currently unavailable, until it can properly be evaluated into a working system that is considered fair for all uses.) By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. In order to obtain the effect of the comatose on an affected person, at least one rank higher than the needed chakra must be inserted into the body on contact, and will take full effect by the end of the victims next post. The effects of the comatose is simple a knock out that lasts for three rounds. This can only be used with B-Rank or higher, of this technique. When used at the A-rank, it can knock out someone for five rounds. This state can be healed by dispersing the chakra throughout the victims body by a skilled medic. This process takes one post to do and another to regain functionality. This can only be done once per topic, period.
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: None Type: Ijutsu Range: short Cooldown: 2 posts Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakra points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures).

Name: Bai no Izumi Yokai - Mediation of the Spring Spirit Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Water Type: Ijutsu/Bloodline Range: 0-0 ft (Target must be within user's field of vision, or self) Description: The flow of water is the natural motion and recycling of water. One would not wish to drink from a still pond, for one would not know what contaminants linger within. After the proper seals are made, and chakra is charged, the user focuses their mind with the Spring Yokai in order to wash away poisons of whatever origin out of their target's body. At first, the effect is minimul, but with training and devotion to the yokai's needs, a user can enhance this technique to higher levels to deal with deadlier poisons. Four post cooldown.

Name: Suiton: Teppōdama (Water Release: Gunshot ) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: All Ranges (30 meters) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack that causes bruised bones and potentially torn muscles. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 45 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes.

Name: Earth Release: Earth Dome Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Defensive Element: Earth Range: 0-10 ft Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user pushes his chakra into the ground, warping stone to form a dome around themselves to protect from whatever danger they may be in. Unlike other barriers, this one surrounds the user entirely. It does not offer any means of counter attack or perception of the enemy and is purely avoidance oriented. However, despite Earth's benefits against fire and water, any lightning attack, or a significantly stronger attack of wind, water, or fire, could crumble the defense.

Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Earth Release: Hidden Mole Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Range: All ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post (to go underground), 1 Post (to come back up) Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: Focusing chakra around the entire body, the user can break earth down to sand to create space to move underground and away from harm. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach.
Name: Doton: Doryu Taiga - Earth Release: Earth Flow River Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Range: 0-20 ft Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user transforms the ground underneath their opponent into a river of mud that throws them off balance and away from the user. On top of disrupting balance, this technique could immobilize the target, leaving them open for further assault. Prior to training to enhance the strength of the technique, this will only disrupt someone with a C level of strength for 1 turn.
