The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Is the paper airplane tech going to be used in battle? If so, its max mph are needed, followed by how hard it can hit someone if you tried to run the airplane into them.

I 'spose this could be a battle ready jutsu so Ill fill out your question list.
100 mph
It can hit someone as hard as steel going that fast so I guess a direct centered hit would break bones and rupture organs? You're call there if you have suggestions

For B rank, breaking bones will be suffice. As far as rupture organs, that'll push it to A rank. So to keep it at b, take away rupturing. Edit the rest in and we will continue.

I'll edit the above later
Name: The Unbreakable Promise Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: n/a Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: Touch Description: No Seals; rather than the use of hand seals the user of this technique exhales the chakra trough his skin throughout the duration of the seal creation (details on how long that is to follow). In order for this to be performed the user must find someone willing to make an oath with him and then they grab each other's wrist. For the user's first post he must expel the chakra out of his hand so that it covers the entire area from his fingertips to his partners fingertips which looks as though the hands are encased in a dark red glow. He then makes the oath word by word so that his partner can clearly hear him and his half is complete. The next step occurs in the following post by the person taking part in the jutsu, all they have to do is release some of their own chakra (half the jutsu cost) to be mixed in and the red coating changes to a royal blue. Now the partner must repeat the oath given by the user exactly, no mistakes can be made, and then the blue coating turns pure white. After this the chakra sinks into their wrists and a tattoo of a snake slithering from their fingers down to the area grabbed appears in black. The Unbreakable promise is now in place and as the name suggests can not be broken without severe consequences. The terms of the oath must be met by whatever limitations are set in place by the oath itself, this is made fair since both taking part must say it themselves. If the oath is broken then whoever broke it suffers a terrible death by their entire chakra pool being sucked into the seal on their wrist, followed immediately by them falling over dead, the other person will know if it is broken since they will be freed of the oath and their own seal fading away. This seal lasts until the oath comes to a close either by it being broken or it being accomplished (for cases like "help me fight blank...")
In my opinion too powerful for an A rank. I know they have to agree to the terms, but a jutsu that can kill automatically like this is S rank. As well It's duration is way too high, again I understand that it's supposed to be something that lasts indefinitely, but if thats the case I suggest a larger charge up, say of six posts, atleast, BEFORE you begin the sealing process, as well as a higher chakra cost. Unless your willing to tone down the duration.
No offence intended but I asked Dom to look at the fuuinjutsu above since it is a more advanced and non-battle related thing. Plus I can call him on the phone to talk about it.
Name: Bard Technique: Origami Theater Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Bloodline (ninjutsu) Range: short range Description: Passive; The user of this technique is able to animate small origami figures made by their own hands. This is used for story telling animation and has absolutly no combat uses since the figures have terrible speed, cant lift anything heavier than a sheet of paper and must stay within ten feet of the user at all times. If this jutsu is attempted to be used for battle purpouses it will be removed from the users jutsu list completely and their opponent (if they were striking) will receive an auto-hit. Lasts a max of five posts with a four round cool down.

Let's solve the E Rank, since it serves absolutely no battle purpose. If your making it for simple non battle, let's clear the air on it now. In no way, no how, can these be used as paper in battle, either as a sheet or part of a sheet count. With that said, the jutsu is free. If you attempt to use it in battle, and try to be clever, you will lose the jutsu, then your opponent will be granted a full auto hit. Edit this in, and its all yours.
