The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.

One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.

Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cooldown of 2.
This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.
This technique allows the user to light up his fingertip with a bright fire. It is a very pragmatic ninjutsu that can be utilized to light up dark places, or to burn up rope that has the user tied up. The fire is as strong/hot as normal candle fire.

This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic)

A simple katon jutsu that has the user spew out black smoke. It is nigh-impossible to see through this smoke, even with the aid of dojutsu. Thus, this jutsu's main use is for cover. The smoke itself is not poisonous, but it is very hard to breathe while engulfed by the smoke. The smoke is also not very hot, and will do no damage by way of burns. Lastly, the smoke is not flammable.

One of Yuumaru’s unique sword dances. After having spent a huge amount of time practicing and perfecting his own kenjutsu technique, Yuumaru finally succeeded in creating a frontal and side assault attack. Since there is no opening in between Yuumaru’s slashes and stabs, this attack can also be used as a defense against projectiles. However, since it only covers the area in front and to the side of the user, Yuumaru is somewhat vulnerable to attacks from behind. If Yuumaru is able to detect a threat from behind, however, he can always stop the dance and counter the attack. Yuumaru can be mobile or stationary while using this technique.

The first one of Yuumaru’s two unique Sparrow Techniques. A taijutsu technique that allows the user to jump unbelievable heights. The user focuses their chakra into their lower body, to prevent stress that could possibly break bones if not done properly. The user then launches to the air, reaching up to 100 ft.

The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls about as big as soft balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai. There can be a maximum of 10 fireballs, and each one causes second-degree burns. Cool down four posts.

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Four post cooldown.
